Location: 700 meters from Ayutthaya Historical Park; there are restaurants and cafes within a 10-minute walk; about 1 km from 711 Environment: There is a closed, quiet small garden where you can walk your dog (there are many big dogs without leashes outside, making it almost impossible to walk your dog outside) Room: There are air conditioners, refrigerators, TVs, etc., but the overall look is quite simple. Pet: Shiba Inu 150🐷 Breakfast: orange juice, tea & coffee, eggs, fruit, bread slices, sausage, bacon

The accommodation is clean and not far from tourist attractions. It feels like staying at a relative's house.

Behind a school, very quiet. Independent courtyard. The room does not provide slippers, toothbrushes, and hot water bottles. There are shower caps, soap, and shampoo and shower gel. What I want to say is that the old man's hotel service is very professional. He introduced the room facilities one by one, was patient and careful, and planned the tour route for us every day, so the trip went smoothly. The breakfast is also very good. The fruits are changed for two days, and the specially made shrimp and muscle porridge are delicious. The largest Reclining Buddha and the historical park are nearby. If you have time, you can walk and you will definitely arrive within 15 minutes. The hotel has bicycles. There is a free market on the left side of the school, and the fruits are cheap and fresh.

The accommodation is quiet. It feels like being at home in that community. It is private and safe. There may not be much to eat in that area. You have to find it yourself or order a rider. The owner is lovely and kind. There are dogs and cats in that area as well.

The house is clean, quiet, suitable for relaxation. The room is shady, there are trees, the owner of the house is very good. Will come back to use the service again

Great hosts, comfortable rooms with own veranda each, bikes to borrow, travel advice and support in and around Ayutthaya and a relaxing and green environment. WiFi, AC, breakfast and located in biking distance to many temples. Great for families, friends, couples and solo travelers alike.

Great host. He took the time to explain us all the sight seeing highlights around and recommended places and markets to go. Very helpful insights for our holiday. Good location to use as base for our family to explore Ayutthaya with all the heritage sights.

This is a family run homestay/Airbnb by a Thai/German retired couple. Owner assisted us to book a tuk tuk for B$1000 for half a day usage to visit the temples and etc for 2 days. Room was clean enough with towels and etc. Rooms are like resort style so really comfortable. Breakfast was not included but may arrange with the owner the day before for a fee if required. Owner is very friendly and shared with us where to go and what to see around Ayutthaya with we really appreciate it. Location is not near the town centre so must take a taxi or tuk tuk. Overall we are happy with our stay.

This is a great stay in Ayutthaya! The owners are lovely and helpful with recommendations for the area. The location is close to the historic park and all the temples, and you can borrow a bike for easy exploration. Room was clean, well-appointed and comfortable. Highly recommend.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Baan Penny. The owners were extremely helpful and kind. Breakfast was very good and our room was spotless! They arranged a tuk tuk to take us around all of the sites. Fantastic trip.

I highly recommend this hotel. It is nice, clean and cozy. Gerard and his wife and staff go above and beyond to make your stay a memorable one. Every time after a wonderful breakfast, Gerard gave us tips of where to go and what to do. It’s also in a great location in walking distance to the Ayutthaya Historical Park.
