Dear Thailand Traveler, While in Thailand, you may decide to make a stopover in Ayutthaya Province, which is one of the historic capital cities of Thailand. If you do, you may think about a stay at The Avail hotel. First, let me tell you that The Avail will not satisfy the needs of those seeking 5 star accommodations. Having said that, if you are seeking a clean, safe, comfortable, and affordable place to enjoy an evening or two while in Ayutthaya - you will be very satisfied checking into The Avail. What I found so satisfying about The Avail is that everything works, and works well. The bathroom is comfortable and the shower is hot, the bed is amazingly comfortable and the comforter is soft and warm, the air conditioner blows cold, and the room is clean. Everything that needs to work...does, and this is something that I cannot always say about even the most expensive places. Moreover, the staff is friendly, the price is right (900 THB/night), and the location is near historic ruins, elephant rides, and some very good restaurants. You cannot write a review and say only good things, so here is the best I can do to say something somewhat critical. There is no coffee or coffee cups in the room, but there is a hot water pot. On the bright side, if you want coffee, there is a complimentary coffee cart in the lobby with both. I am sure if you asked to take coffee to your room, they would be most happy to oblige. One more comment, I did not see a strong box in the room to store valuables. All and all - a very good find. Best/Kevin

Located near Ayutthaya train station. If you come out there are many streets stalls available already . Hotel is very very old . Facilities and amenities are bad. We were not able to open the room door with the key because it’s so worn out . Had to try so hard . The toilet door was spoilt and wasn’t able to close properly. Shower curtains were mouldy . The beds were so worn out when you sleep you can feel the springs inside . The aircon temperature would fluctuate throughout the night making it difficult to sleep.

Quite a decent place. Older style hotel. Room fine, good river view too. Bed comfortable. Do not expect to have a refreshing shower unless you are under 150cm as it is fixed to the wall and made for small people. Anyone taller and bending down the only option, very poor really. Pool was quite good but cold as it gets no sun until much later in the afternoon. Refreshing though. Various on-site restaurants. Bar near lobby area, prices way too much I noticed. Breakfast was quite good although the staff were not friendly, seemed disinterested and some often seen larking about maybe as it was not too busy when we went. 5 minutes walking distance to train station where there are Tuk Tuks and a few eating places as well as the usual street food. 7-11 too. Train to or from BKK is worth the experience (but takes a while to go 70km) and 3rd class trip costs 15 THB...wtaf! The boat river crossing is closed at the moment as the river is too high. Getting across the river needs to be by Tuk Tuk or taxi really. Normally at least one Tuk Tuk outside the hotel too. You know the form, must haggle them down. We used Grab a lot and got where we wanted to go. Probably can walk to some of the historic sites but probably not advised and Grab is cheap and has AC so is the way to go. There is Soi Farang and Grand Street for a livelier atmosphere with more bars and restaurants, again a cheap taxi ride away. Overall not a bad place and decent location for a reasonable and not too expensive a price.

Hello, that's Elli and Eyan. We've been looking for the place like this forever! Such a beautiful small apartment we were staying in, with a kitchen and nice shower, with a hot tub and a balcony. House keeping stuff and other services are so nice and caring. Pool and jacuzzi were also superb. We were enjoying each other SOOOOO much in this beautiful hotel, super atmospheric.... People! Also, breakfasts are the best! It's soo nice to go down for the breakfast every morning. Varieties of different foods and beautiful relaxing music... Caring stuff that fills your coffee or tea cup any time you are about to stand up and get it by yourself... Recommended from the bottom of our hearts 💓

A 7-story hotel located about 1 km ahead of the local road beside the Central Cape Department Store along National Highway 32 in the eastern part of Ayutthaya city toward the Japanese village. The comfortable standard specification rooms unique to hop-in, which are developed nationwide chains, are still alive here, and we thoroughly pursue functionality and comfort in limited guest room space. Because it is a uniform room specification in the whole country, there is a direction that it feels inorganic, but if the view is changed, it can be said that there is a sense of security that the high level room is provided anywhere in the whole country. Because it is a small space room specification, it is not suitable for the demand for accommodation in a large number of people, but it can be said that it led to today's success as a result of thoroughly boiling the hotel function required by a single traveler. Surprisingly, it was the first store in Ayutthaya, and the day was shallow from the opening, so bedding and electrified furniture were almost new without any scale. The appearance and interior of the building were slightly different from the previous CI color 々, and I felt novel with the combination of dark blue + white. In addition, it can be said that it is an advantage unique to this hotel that you can see the huge pagoda of Wat Yai Chai Monkong from the guest room window on the upper floor facing the north side. As for the location, although it is an area where residential land development and commercial activities are popular in recent years, there is a small 々 distance to the downtown area and sightseeing spots with restaurants, and it will be difficult to stay without a car. 々 regrettable I felt it.

We only stayed for one night, but this hotel had everything we needed. The rooms were large and clean, and included a kitchenette with large fridge. The bathroom had both a tub and separate shower. There is an ironing room on the 16th floor with an iron and ironing board to iron your clothing. The 16th floor also has a beautiful pool (with heated jacuzzi) and fitness centre. We had dinner and breakfast and it was all quite good. The egg station at the back was quick and the food was good. This hotel seemed quite popular with golfers, as we saw several checking in while we were there. It is conveniently located with a shopping mall across the street, and a small food night market down the road. Accessing both requires crossing the road using one of the above-road pedestrian walkways.

It is a hotel next to the main road going up to Nakhon Sawan. The room is good, the TV is a smart TV.

Stay period 31/1/23-1/1/24, 1 night-stay at newly-opened hotel CHECK-IN. PROCESS As being one of top hotel chains, without delay I have pin-pointed this hotel to celebrate happy moment with my family because centara chain is thailand ‘s one of best qualified hotel. On my check-in process ( at 14.00), I have been told that my 2-booked rooms are not ready to stay so I went outside for city tour until 17.00. What happened when I came back, I had still to wait for room cleaning, but I give pressure to receptionist to find one room first for my mom to relax then I got one room. Until 18.15 I come back again to receptionist to ask for another room, you know what answer I got is that the receptionist STII. DO. NOT. KNOW. WHEN. I. CAN. GET ANOTHER ROOM. BY now as to hotel like centara chain that has managed a lot of hotels nationwide, such a situation can be handled and solved easily in more professional skill. So I phoned to hotel and talked to front office manager and informed of my story, the manager just say same. SORRY, but I do not want this word , I need the manager to clear my long-story problem, so the manager ask for 5 minutes to look into my problem. After that I have finally got room at 18.45. What doubt me a lot, if hotel do not have good management team to serve guest during festival period, why you open hotel in this period. Hotel should know well that new year is yearly big festival so you should have well-organized management with skillful staffs, not staffs that can say only S O R R Y, but cannot do anything like answering machines. What make me big disappointed is that I have never wait for one room for so so long time like this time, it should not ever happen to over-standard hotel chain like. CENTARA. The hotel is located in the city of about 15 minutes by car. The rooms are clean, breakfast is fine. The restaurant is part of the hotel by 22:00. Traditional but also European kitchen is very cheap. Massage, gym and outdoor pool. If you need a taxi it takes at least 20 minutes to get there. If you use Grab it's very difficult to find a car, it's impossible for a weekend.

Sala Bang Pa In is a very photogenic hotel, several areas in the hotel are amazing for Instagram lovers. The Rooms are modern and tasteful, the common areas are classy and beautifully designed. The hotel is situated on a river with water running past both sides of the hotel giving the feel you are on a private island. The hotel is set amongst low key, local neighbourhoods making it really stand out from its surroundings. The food and service were very good too!
