Excellent service staff. Especially the receptionist (woman wearing glasses, very good service) and restaurant staff. All staff, excellent service, very impressed, next time I will come back to stay again.

The rooms are comfortable and clean, the facilities are good, the conditioner shampoo soap is full of fragrance, lots of towels, there is a hair dryer, you can also borrow a hair dryer, the breakfast is delicious, you can get tickets for the cable car and Aquatopia waterpark, the breakfast is delicious, the staff is very friendly, there is someone who can pick up to go to the night market.

Inconvenient transportation, others can

We stayed in another hotel but we were taken to Times Corner for a free breakfast. We chose soup Pho Bo and “American breakfast” with sunny eggs, sausages, bacon and bread with butter. Everything tasted really good. Also they have a very nice Italian coffee. Americano and Cappuccino tasted well as well. The staff is super friendly and tries to help with everything.

It is a very nice hotel near the cable car station. The rooms are clean and tidy. I stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel employees are all polite and friend, especially the girl Yen Thanh at the front desk.She told us a lot of useful information about the location of the ATM machine, how to buy the cable car tickets.She also reserved a table for us outside the hotel for the night market.If you want to get a ride on the cable car, I highly recommend to stay in this cosy hotel Cheung

Front desk staff was the nicest I’ve seen in any hotel, and really made us feel welcomed. They gave us a free upgrade to a bigger room since the hotel wasn’t that busy. The shuttle van that they picked us up in from the hotel was also really nice and above my expectations. The room had everything you could expect in a solid hotel room, though the smaller rooms would like be a tight fit. Only complaint is that our hotel was labeled a sea view but it’s only the side of the bay with the cable car - since I came for the cable car and didn’t care about the sea view or a balcony that was fine. Especially for a price of 900 baht a night, this clearly beat our expectations as we were just hoping for a nice but cheap hotel.
