Breakfast was fine, and the location was good – only a 5-minute walk to the night market. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 Check-out took a full 20 minutes; they checked everything so thoroughly, you'd think I was stealing something. On the morning of August 18, 2026, my fourth day there, it was raining heavily and the entire hotel experienced a power outage. Later that evening, around 9 PM local time, the power tripped twice more, plunging the whole hotel into darkness each time. Although power was restored within a minute for all three incidents, having it go out like that at night really gave me a fright. It would be terrifying if you're afraid of the dark, especially with the sound of the waves adding to it. Honestly, many shops on the street outside had power outages that day, but I never expected the hotel to be affected as well.

Shaped like a cruise ship, this hotel definitely calls for a sea view room; otherwise, you'd be missing out. 1️⃣ Pros: Located in the central core area, the location is convenient. It's walking distance to the night market, and there are massage parlors all along the street, such as the popular LUA SPA. Breakfast offers a rich variety, with sea view seating available. The infinity pool is exceptionally beautiful, and the hotel has its own beach for recreation. 2️⃣ Cons: The room facilities show signs of age. 3️⃣ Highlights: We received a 100,000 VND voucher that could be used at the restaurant, and complimentary 20-minute sauna and steam bath sessions. There's also a swim-up bar where you can enjoy drinks while in the pool. 4️⃣ Gripes: As a popular hotel, it gets very crowded. For example, there are many people at breakfast, and it's not always possible to snag an outdoor sea-view table. Also, early check-in is only allowed up to 2 PM at the earliest, and we ended up checking in closer to 3 PM, finding that the room had just been mopped.

The infinity pool is great, perfect for families with kids. The location is also excellent, with a night market just 500 meters away. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic and English communication is absolutely no problem.

For the last two days of our trip to Phu Quoc, we just wanted to relax at the hotel with the kids, and Seashells Phu Quoc Hotel & Spa was perfect for families. The infinity pool, beach, and lounge chairs downstairs were simply amazing. The kids absolutely loved the pool, playing in the morning and afternoon. When they got tired, they'd dig in the sand, which made it super easy for the adults. The breakfast buffet was also very rich and varied.

This stay gave me a fantastic experience. From check-in, the staff's service was incredibly friendly and professional. The room was even more comfortable than expected, very clean overall, and the bed was so cozy, allowing me to get a great rest after a day of activities. The hotel's location is also ideal, convenient for visiting nearby attractions, restaurants, and convenience stores. Most importantly, the entire stay felt very relaxing, with no unpleasant experiences whatsoever. I'm so glad I chose this place; the overall experience completely exceeded my expectations. It's highly recommended, and if I travel here again in the future, I will definitely choose this hotel again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
