The highlight for me was the Japanese toilet. Other PROS were excellent staff service, very clean and well appointed rooms. The location is pretty good, but can be a bit noisy late into the night with the pub next door, and early morning noise from building works at the same pub. The shower is also very good. The internet is not great, but ok. Mostly free transport around town was good.
A nice improvement for me would be a muslie option for breakfast.
Overall, pretty good.

Красивый отель в красивом месте. Всё оборудование новое. Если взять высокий этаж с видом на море, сможете бесплатно посмотреть все платные шоу. Находится на первой линии сразу на набережной, пешком легко дойти до всюду. Отель предоставляет услугу поездки на Багги до любой точке города. Также узнавайте, скорее всего у вас может входить бесплатный трансфер от аэропорта и возможно посещение канатной дороги и аквапарка.

The hotel is in a good location, but the room I booked was facing the bar and it was very noisy. I could still hear loud music at 1 a.m.

The hotel is just from a fairy tale, wonderful!
The staff is very responsive, they gave us free tickets for the cable car and the kissing bridge, although many hotels have canceled this option since January 2025! Thank you very much for the warm welcome!
The hotel is cozy, the rooms are comfortable, stylized. The location of the hotel is convenient - close to any point.
The only thing is that the rooms with a sea view automatically become overlooking a beer restaurant with live music, this may be inconvenient for families with children or those who go to bed early.
The breakfast is good. Buffet + hot to choose from (fobo, scrambled eggs or omelet), good Vietnamese coffee.
