Venice Hotel Phu Quoc - Free Hon Thom Island Waterpark Cable Car & Sunset Town Tour Reviews

Really love this place, so amazing. The location, the check in progress, the service, the breakfast, the intown shuttle, the room decorations, everything just beyond our expectations. This is the last day we stay at Phu Quoc Island, according to hotel policy, we suppose can not be used the free service for cable car as we need to get back to the airport the day after. They are give us the free show ticket instead, just a WOW experience. We really enjoyed the multi-expirience art show "The kiss of the sea" and the fireworks show, it is the best memorial time of our family. All the staff just very nice, patient and really helpful, thanks so much.... Definitely we will back again....

Oh come here you get free buggy service to anywhere anytime, and free cable car ticket also kiss bridge, staff are helpful, hotel rooms with perfect cleanliness, breakfast is buffet style with varieties of choices, you can get many photos here, relax and enjoy

Wonderful hotel, highly recommended. Beautiful captivating interiors, great location, friendly crews with top notch hospitality. The hotel is located just by the beach front, so you get to witness the beautiful Kissing Bridge and the sunset in the evening. You can also watch the fireworks at night from you room. However, there's a construction happening right in front of the hotel but hopefully it won't block the view. Ohya, the breakfast was wonderful especially with the interior setup. Thank you for the free cable car rides arrangement and also the ticket to Sun World Hon Thom Waterpark. We had a wonderful time riding on the world longest 3-wire cable car and taking numerous photos during the 16mins ride. Besides that, they also offer free buggy rides around Sunset Town and stop in between for us to take beautiful pictures of the landscape which comes more lively during sunset time. Hotel crews are very friendly and helpful, and they speak good English 👍. We had a wonderful stay though it's only 2 short nights, but we will definitely be back!

The hotel is new, clean with friendly staff. The decoration is in European style. Breakfast is not buffet, the set is not big which may not enough for man. It’s just unlucky there is construction work in front of the hotel which affect the view and have noice in early morning!

The hotel offers a unique decoration and thorough service, but the room is small. Nonetheless, it's a good place to stay in southern Phu Quoc, which provides fantastic activities such as a fireworks display, flyboard show, and a lights and music show.

The service is incredibly good and considerate, which includes buggy to cable car, cable car ticket,and free shuttle bus. The employees are very friendly and helpful. The decorating style is unique and it’s clean, good scent. One thing is that the breakfast hasn’t got many choices, rather plain.

The hotel is good in every way. The location is very good. The cleanliness is excellent. The room is very beautiful. There are drinks provided. If I come back, I will stay here again. The price is not expensive.

This hotel staff was very courteous, helpful and definitely deserve lots of compliments for making our stay wonderful, always helpful. Definitely recommend a stay for couples and maybe with very young kids! Would have been nicer if we knew their pool & kids area was under maintenance, but staff made sure that they did everything they could to accommodate us.

Staff, expecially the lady at the reception are very friendly and tried every means to satisfy our needs.

Highly recommended👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻It’s cheap and comes with cable car and park tickets, as well as a special car tour of the sunset town. Don’t worry if you’re traveling alone, the driver will help you take photos, and he’s very skilled! You don’t have to walk to the restaurants and cafes near the hotel. There are cars that can pick you up and drop you off. The counter will tell you what’s app or line/we chat. There is also a special car to pick you up when going to the night market, which is very convenient😍The counter service is very good, like a personal butler❤️There is free welcome water, coffee, fruit and breakfast in the room🍳
