We were truly impressed by the hospitality andf attention to detail. They made our stay extra special and I can honestly say that we would go back to it. This beautiful resort has its own private beach and it's absolutely breathtaking. The food could dfo with variety but the breakfast was delicious. We travel a lot and this is definitely one of our favourite places of all times. The staff was absolutely amazing and super helpful and friendly. It was our anniversary and they surely pull out all stops. We highly recommend this beautiful hotel. Make sure to go for the snorkeling...the guide is great and very professional and fun. We will be back soon. R&B

The customer service exceeded our expectations. They really thought of every little detail! The entire resort staff were friendly, personal and helpful. This was truly the best customer service I have ever experienced and I have traveled a lot! I highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!

The hotel staff are very friendly and provide all kinds of services. It is a resort where you can stay all day. The only drawback is that the restaurant is not air-conditioned and is prone to mosquitoes.

Advantages

-The internal facilities are old but well maintained.

Phu Quoc was supposed to rain, but miraculously it was cloudy and sometimes sunny. I'm grateful that it didn't rain lol.
It's been a long time since Chensi, but it's stable as usual.

Great location. You can see the best sunset from here. Only drawback is there is hardly any restaurants in house. Breakfast was good. I am vegetarian, but I too got many options Service is great, rooms are clean, staff is very helpful. Recommend

Very pleasant stay despite wet season weather and a storm . Tranquil setting on the beach with great restaurant and very helpful staff. We stayed at the villa with private pool which was wonderfully cool and clean. Resort is about 15 min drive from main town but easy walk to several local eateries and small shops. Staff goes out of their way to make your time here pleasant, we had some personalised dinner experiences as well as recommendations for English- speaking guide which made our trip more enjoyable. Only issue as anywhere in Vietnam is insects so pack plenty of repellent.

It was one of the best experiences in my life. The treatment was excellent, the kindness of all the staff is an other level. perfect rooms and incredible breakfast. All is very clean, the massages are amazing. The beach is beautifull. And the people is very nice

After a road trip in Vietnam , 6 dreams days to relax here ! Great welcome by Mr Maurizio the Manager who takes care of his customers as friends. We did a 2 weeks stay at the Resort just to Relax. Any time again. Everything was going well, everybody from Management to Maintanence were very friendly. Nice rooms. Food was Excellent!!! Bech was permannently cleaned and the staff helped directly with sunchairs, sunshade,... Just o and test yourself
