Sheraton Phu Quoc Long Beach Resort

Beautiful hotel with a wonderful beach and swimming pool. I really liked the breakfast and buffet. Very convenient shuttles to all interesting places nearby (run exactly on schedule). Helpful reception staff, helped with organizing excursions. Cons: poor room cleaning (in 4 nights there was good cleaning only once), once they took slippers from the room, but did not put new ones, a couple of times after cleaning they left fewer towels than there should have been. The glasses were dirty, we had to wash them ourselves. Very hard carpet-mat on the floor, it is impossible to walk without slippers. Very old hair dryer in the room, I just did not want to use it. The refrigerator did not work, we had to ask to have it repaired. Not enough sun loungers on the beach, they were always occupied, we had to leave things on the sand.

The hotel is very large, the rooms are tired. There are not enough sunbeds for everyone, to lie on the beach you need to take one at 6 am. There are a lot of package tourists. The breakfast is poor, the New Year's concert and dinner were terrible. The beach is not bad but shallow. In general, the hotel is not for everyone.
