I recommend this hotel to those who want to relax at a resort hotel. It's close to the airport and there is a free vinbus bus stop right in front of the hotel. The reason it's not 5 stars is that I wish the lobby was cooler and the facilities were a bit old overall.

I was disappointed with my stay at Sol by Meliá. The service did not meet the standards expected from a five-star hotel. Our room was not properly cleaned, with linings on the toilet and a stain on the bed, which was unacceptable. Additionally, the air conditioning was poor, as the lobby only had fans, making it uncomfortable.
On the positive side, the pool was great with a beautiful view, and the breakfast was enjoyable, offering a few vegan options. However, given the lack of cleanliness and poor facilities, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at its current standard.
