All the staff was great especially Nam who’s very helpful and answered all our questions. He even recommended us good food and where to eat. The room was clean and bright, and the room service was always on time. Aside of that a few walks from your room, you can view beautiful sun set. Buffet breakfast was ok but will be more happy if they could change their menu every 2 days. Overall our stay was very pleasant and will definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends. Last but not least, there’s a must-try dish when you come to Phu Quoc Island, Bun Quay. It’s a seafood bun (noodles) from Phu Quoc Island. The bonus is you can find a restaurant selling this noodle across the hotel (2min walk). The name of the restaurant is Kien Xay. Please go early as the shop is always crowded with tourists even locals also visit regularly.

Superb Location, excellent view

All the staff are very friendly. I am a bit sensitive to hygiene, so the cleanliness here is disappointing compared to other hotels. 3.5 points? And although the facilities are not the best, it is still a satisfactory accommodation for the price. The staff’s service is impressive. During the rainy season, the western beaches may be murkier than you think!

Everything was top notch!

The air conditioning was poor, and in hot weather, I had to run an extra fan all day and all night to survive. The toilet flushed without pressure, which was a bad experience.

All the staff are kind and they clean often, so it's clean. The location is also close to the night market, and airport pick-up is available for 2 nights or more. The pool is well maintained and is directly connected to the beach. It's a quiet and comfortable place to stay

The scenery I saw as soon as I first arrived was so nice! In particular, I will never forget the smile of the staff who welcomed me with a smile as soon as I arrived! And on the last night, bugs entered the accommodation, but they kindly helped me even late at night, so I was able to sleep comfortably! It was the best resort that made me want to come back to Phu Quoc.

Payment is so pretty

Hotel location is really good There is also a beach and the location is so good that you can go to shops or restaurants right away. The staff are also friendly, know where I am in the room, and be kind and considerate. However, there is no hot water and the water pressure is weak. The refrigerator was not cold, so it was inconvenient. The lack of a bathroom door was also inconvenient.

I used 4 hotels during my trip, but Lazur was the best. It was right in front of the sea, so clean, and the breakfast had the most variety and was delicious. emphasis
