Ocean Bay Phu Quoc Resort and Spa

I stayed in the first row of sea view villas. I went there for the original ecological room and the wide sea view. Maybe because I had low expectations, I actually felt that the room was better than I expected. Only the bathroom was particularly primitive and semi-open. The door in the room was sealed once it was closed. There were not many mosquitoes, and I didn't see geckos. There are free paddle boards and double boats for rent in the hotel, as well as small entertainment such as beach volleyball. I didn't go to spa, yoga, and gym, but they are all equipped. There is a free shuttle bus to and from the airport, but it departs at fixed points and the frequency is not particularly large. The breakfast is very rich, and some dishes will be changed every day. It is no problem to eat a full brunch. The restaurant's location by the sea is beautiful for taking pictures. Disadvantages: The hotel is located a little to the north, and you can only take a taxi when you go out. There is a vinbus station but it is far away. There is nothing to visit nearby and there are not many restaurants. The location is too remote. It is a good pure home hotel. There was something unexpected this time. We found a beehive in the toilet in the evening. After the staff came to deal with it, there were dead bodies all over the floor and the room smelled of insecticide. We couldn't stay there and had to change rooms. We changed to a room of the same grade and paid a bar voucher. But it took a long time to arrange a room change. At first, they said they were going to treat the insects. Later, they said they would see if they were free and change the room. It directly delayed our dinner time because it took more than an hour.
