the private beach was nice for a relaxing stay. however, resort is quite far from phu quoc main attraction places. food was delicious tho.

Very beautiful, big area. Nice bath. But there were a lot of small and big insects in the room. The staff is very friendly and professional.

Nice holiday beach resort, the hotel has very self own long sand beaches more than 1 km. The room views are great and 24 H sound of sea water waves. Good places for peaceful exploration.

Wonderful, a dream vacation, great service, clean, safe, the hotel staff is wonderful, the restaurant is excellent, the view and design of the hotel combine wonderfully, and overall, a vacation in Phu Quoc is a real experience. We enjoyed it and recommend it to everyone.

The service and hospitality is way above expectations and the staff were always ready to help. The location is awesome with peaceful surrounding and private clean beach with all the facilities. Rooms are jungle themed so anticipate some insects as part of it.😜 Overall it’s a great recommendation from us.

Absolutely gorgeous place! Many people stay here and want to extend their stay. A very beautiful and peaceful territory, perfect service, very nice breakfast buffet with Vietnamese and Western food options, a lovely beach, a nice bar with a pier… You’ll love it!

Relaxing and suitable for unplanned trip. Comfortable outdoor dinner, lovely staff and pleasant vibe. With a little cute kitty around, will consider to back again.

Overall, this is an fabulous resort with an outstanding and professional management team and exceptional staff. I had a small misunderstanding with Reception but Trung fixed this quickly and graciously for me. Later, Trung and his team returned by post to me some lost jewellery which was truly fantastic and hugely appreciated. They went 'above and beyond' the call of duty. I later met with the resort Director, Gates, whose omnipresence in all areas of the resort was impressive. His natural charm and quiet confidence seemed to imbue his team with a 'can do' attitude and inspired a remarkable culture of great customer service too. This is one of the few resorts I've stayed where I have no hesitation giving the a 10/10 5 Star score. Well done team Ocean Beach !

One thing I do not like is there are a lot of bugs. So I wonder where the five stars hotel come from. Service is decent. Swimming pool looks nice but less clean compared to other resorts nearby

The stay exceeded my expectations! The natural scenery was breathtaking, with pristine beaches and crystal-clear waters. The resort had excellent facilities, including pools and a variety of water activities, providing ample entertainment options. The staff was friendly, helpful, and provided satisfactory service. However the breakfast is not good and lack of choices. Overall, I had a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.
