My family stayed at this hotel. It was not 4 star hotel I did not understand who gave 4 stars🤔🤔 Room was not clean enough, there were 2 pools but one of them did not work while we were staying. Room phone was not working and day time there was not hot water and it has hot water only in evening for shower. Location was very far from center and activities also not good the area. Food was okay but I cannot say good! The only good thing was they have pick up and drop off service from airport.

I had been stayed for 8days in this Elwood resort. Actually I booked just 4days at first but this resort was very good and clean so I extended 4 more days. Most of all, the resort manager was super kind and gentle. I highly recommend this resort.

Not a bad hotel for a reasonable price, the breakfast is hearty, the pool is clean, the refrigerator is freezing, the air conditioning is cold, Wi-Fi is stable.

All 3-4* hotels in autumn are clean and nice, choose any nearby. I was surprised how good the breakfasts are, there is a hot omelet everywhere. For this price, perfect. The hotel is being renovated and the new complex and new houses, the second new pool looks fresh. The wooden houses are already a little tired and there is a smell of dampness. But the cleanliness is perfect. There is even a kitchen in every house. You can cook seafood from the market. Convenient for a family with children. Wonderful hotel and staff. I would also add bicycles, it is very convenient to explore the area nearby. The sea is nearby, 5 minutes along the road without cars. On the left is the excellent BAMBOO beach.

The electromagnetic waves from the phone are very loud I told the service staff that they helped me unplug it before I could sleep. There are two sinks in the bathroom which are pretty good But when I put water in the bathtub, a pile of sand came out, so I didn’t dare to use it. The swimming pool here is great and the view is great🔥 About 30-40 minutes drive from the airport Stayed here for the last night before leaving Phu Quoc Island. (2024/02/21-22)

Nice hotel, big clean rooms, nice area The only thing is far from the beach and the center, but if you rent a motorbike, this is not a problem

Excellent quiet hotel

There is one English-speaking employee, and it's hard to talk when he gets home from work. The dormitory can't open the door. All kinds of bugs come in. There are two pools. To be honest, I went after seeing the reviews and was disappointed and said that it is a long distance to move, so I don't want to go again because I can't ignore the fare.

We expected the resort to have its own private beach as they advertised. However, it was 10 minutes away from the public beach and we were chased by a wild dog on our way back to the resort. It was totally not safe for family with kids. Food in the restaurant was too salty so we had to go outside looking for local restaurants. Room was spacious however, amenities were terrible especially the wooden floor. We've stayed in few 4-5 star hotels in Vietnam and obviously this hotel was only worth 2 star

We had a memorable vacation at this hotel! Everything is so wonderful: clean room, good food, beautiful surrounding. They offered us to ocean view without charge as our wedding anniversary. So impressive! Highly recommend!
