I had to wait for a long time when I checked in. I couldn't check in from 12 o'clock until 3 pm, and there was no air conditioning in the lobby...
The swimming pool is okay, the room assigned is also okay, relatively close to the open space, quiet
But the toilet seat is really dirty...the stains can't be wiped off
Everything else was fine overall, and check-out went smoothly.

Phuket Highlands Resort is amazing! The environment here is beautiful and the trees are shady, as if you are in a paradise. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with complete facilities. The service is first-class and the staff is warm and thoughtful. There are also delicious restaurants and various entertainment facilities in the resort. You can enjoy tranquility and relax when you vacation here!

We stayed in the Hotel in August for 4 days. Close to the hotel are shops, restaurants and a night market which provide good food and drinks. The hotel rooms are clean, the swimming pool is good and the breakfast is enough for a good start in the day. At the beach bar it can ordered food and drinks. It's a little far to the Kata beach, need to walk around 15 min. But for us no trouble, then we can visit a 7/11 store for some small snacks. We took the airport bus from Phuket airport which stop is around 15 min by walk from the hotel. The hotel is not on the main road , therefore it's quiet. We enjoyed the holiday in this hotel and would come again to here.
