The room is newly renovated and very clean, similar to a Ji Hotel in China. It's very close to the beach, just a three-minute walk, and there are supermarkets, restaurants, and fruit stalls nearby. It's a great location for a relaxing vacation.

The rooms are clean, good bed and pillows. The hotel is just a 2-3 minute walk from the beach.
Staff is welcoming and polite. We had a great time at Seaside nai thon Phuket.

We chose the hotel due to its cool location just 3 minutes to the Naiton beach.
It is very nice and clean. When we stayed at the hotel they started to operate a lift, so we could take our things up and down to our floor (we lived at the 3d).
All the necessary things are available: beach towels at the reception, beach bag, minibar, water, a small pool (we didn't try). The guys at the reception are very welcoming.
Close to the hotel there are nice cafes, one sea food restaurant just at the opposite side is amazing, spent many times there.
Tops supermarket is very close also.
Can surely recommend (if you are worried about the noise ask for a pool side room).

This hotel is incredibly uncomfortable and feels unsafe. The room had a flimsy, cardboard-like door and only locked with a key. We felt so uneasy that we only stayed one night out of our three-night reservation and left. I strongly advise against staying here. The towels reeked of old age 🤮. The bathroom was tiny, about 2x2 meters, where they crammed a toilet, shower, and sink. It was so cramped that even at 158cm, my knees hit the wall when I sat on the toilet; I had to sit sideways. The view was of a backyard, which I assume was the kitchen, as there was clattering dishes until late in the evening.
