Stayed at Best Western Patong Beach during my Phuket trip. Everything was generally quite standard, nothing overly luxurious but comfortable enough for a short stay. The room size was good and didn’t feel cramped. One of the better points is definitely the location — only around 5 minutes walk to Jungceylon Shopping Mall, so food, shopping and convenience were all nearby.
Service and facilities were decent overall, but there were a couple of issues during the stay. I noticed ants crawling around the tables in the room, which housekeeping should improve on. Soundproofing was also not great, and noise from outside or neighboring rooms could sometimes be heard quite clearly.
Overall, still a convenient and reasonable stay if location matters more than luxury and you mainly need a well-located base in Patong.

It was not good to stay in this hotel. You can find much better property on the same road. Lots of insects are already in the room. As we arrived so we found a 🕷️ spider on the bed , then till morning we found lots of ants on the table and a water kattle. Overall staff will help you but they will give on diplomatic replies. They asked us to change the room so while changing the room we left our phone charger but we asked them if they found it and they refused it. Maybe their staff stole it.

Decided last minute to stay two nights in Patong to experience its bustling beach. After checking in, I realized the hotel was in the 'Arab Street' area, with many Middle Eastern and Indian guests. Even the buffet dinner was Indian food – it felt like I'd landed in India! However, this hotel is a chain business-style establishment, so the facilities and management are reliable. The location is excellent: a 5-minute walk to the seafood market, 10 minutes to malls like Big C and Jungceylon, and a 2-minute walk to 7-Eleven. It’s far enough from the lively Bangla Road to be quiet, which is a plus. It's convenient for shopping and getting to the airport later.
The rooftop pool has clean water and offers beautiful sunset views. There's also a simple gym. The room's air conditioning was very strong, and they provided a beach bag and bathrobes.
The downsides are that the room wasn't very soundproof; I was woken from my nap by loud music from next door, with the sound seeming to come through the Wi-Fi box. Also, the carpet in the elevator was quite dirty.

I would highly recommend Best Western Patong Beach. I requested a birthday room decoration and the hotel team was very helpful in arranging it for me. Really appreciate their effort and service.
The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. The lady handling the package tours at the lobby area was also very kind and helpful. Even the security guard outside the gate greeted us warmly every day.
The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for a pleasant stay. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others visiting Patong.

The hotel feels old and the room was dusty, dim and poorly maintained. The staff at the front counter also frowned when I asked for additional towels to be sent to my room, which made the experience less pleasant.
The only positive point is the location- it’s very close to the shopping mall with plenty of eateries and massages nearby

Very nice hotel. Near everything but very sound proof you choose the right room (quiet) Breakfast is very good. The chef makes excellent egg omelette or what you prefer. A good 4 star from me 🙏
