Holiday Inn Express PHUKET PATONG BEACH CENTRAL by IHG

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices. The location was convenient, and the facilities were excellent. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we truly enjoyed our vacation. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others!

Love the location. Stayed here for 3 nights with family. Rooms are spacious for a Holiday inn Express. Staffs were very friendly and accommodating.

The soundproofing here is total garbage. There's this hidden door in the room, and you can hear the neighbor snoring *super* clearly through it. Even at 1 a.m. there's still loud noisy garbage going on outside the hotel. The floor's all damp and gross from moisture, water's even dripping straight down from the ceiling. And the slippers don't have any grip at all—you could literally just slide right across the room!

Very good rooms, breakfast, laundry service, hotel location, gardern, swimming pool. Hospitality is also good, price from trip.com was very good compared to other websites . Overall excellent experience.

My stay at Holiday Inn Patong Beach was truly amazing. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, professional, and welcoming. The housekeeping team did an excellent job keeping the room spotless and comfortable every day, while the lobby staff were always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything I needed. I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express Patong and overall had a very pleasant experience.
