Very comfortable hotel with good service. Only downside is that transport between lobby and rooms is a bit slow

The friendly service at the reception desk, doorkeepers, restaurants, maid service, and the clubhouse are notable. When Amari was informed of my son’s birthday, the staff prepared a small cake for the celebration. We appreciate the care provided by the Amari staff. We highly recommend Amari to future visitors to Phuket.

Best part of the hotel was the view from the balcony and the lounging pools and many restaurants, all with amazing views.

Wonderful staff. Super friendly. It’s a big campus and tough to walk around the hills but if you don’t mind a bit of fitness it’s not so bad. The club pool and restaurant at the top is a great spot and the hotel is easy walking to Patong Beach. Great location and highly recommended! Thanks Amari!

This was one of our best experiences, ambiance, staff, Betty from reception was extra friendly, professional. Cuisine was great howver the steak needs some looking at as the quality was dissappointing. All other than the steak experience was great. I will return.

The quality of service, cordiality, and food is excellent. This could be a peaceful and hidden gem of a hotel (at patong) if you visit outside of peak season. Unfortunately, I encountered a lot of family guests during my stay, which made it quite noisy and insufferable at times. The majority of the guests are from India.

A very nice hotel with a great location , providing both privacy and calmness as well as closeness to the Patong beach and nightlife
Wonderful staff at all levels, friendly and always willing to help with a smile, no matter if it was in the breakfast buffet, reception, bookings or any other service
Easy to take longboat to eg freedom beach or other trips
Great food with good variety and extensive in-room services as well

Great resort!
Cons: Bathrooms could use some updating. however was sometimes inconvenient waiting for buggy’s to take you to the room as the resort is located on hillside.
Pros: service, staff, breakfast and resort was wonderful!
Overall, I would recommend and would stay again.

Very chill and nice resort for holiday, you can swim, eat and having spa in the resort. Also enjoy the quiet sea side.

It was too crowded, and the value for money was not worth it at all. The rooms were not as clean as we expected, and they seemed old. We visited two other resorts during our trip, and unfortunately, this one was at the bottom of our list.

The room service was not good. Room cleaning was not done properly
