All can acceptable, bedroom very comfortable,only two things can't acceptable is up hill when go back hotel and breakfast very worst.nothing delicious food.waste money to booking breakfast included price.

Very cosy and laid back experience. Service team was great and added to the experience.

The SIS Kata was more that expected. There was capsule coffee machine, and i have never stayed a hotel with coffee machine even in 5 star hotels.

The hotel is on the hill. You might need a lift by a car or if you ride a scooter that will be ok if you have to walk with your big luggage that will be hard to get there. The hotel is new and have a beautiful view

Everything is great except that it was located uphill. It's fine if you are taking transportation out. Breakfast was great. Bathroom and toilet was separated, but do note that the glassdoor is not fully sealed from top to bottom.

The front desk staff when checking in was really friendly. Always a pleasure staying there, as we’ve stayed there before. One thing that bothered me was that our room had a door in the room that led to the room next door, and we also didn’t get the room we requested. Also, this time the check out process took REALLY long, more than 25 minutes after handing in the keys, we were still waiting to get our deposit back and leave the hotel. The breakfast was really good, and you have an amazing view while enjoying your breakfast.

Beautiful place

Awesome hotel. Beautiful resort. Had a great time staying there. Reasonably priced. Hope they maintain the pricing. The breakfast and food was lovely. Well-balanced and healthy too.

It is quite the hill to walk to the hotel, but it is close to Kata beach and an easy pickup for taxi’s. Staff was SOOO kind and professional. They breakfast was lovely with the most amazing views. We checked out late and could use the pool all day and use showers available. Our balcony didn’t have the best view, but it gave us some privacy since we had a jacuzzi on the balcony. Definitely Highly recommend the hotel!

Special congrats to Faris, he should get promoted immediately because never had such a warm service that even when i was checking in the hotel already knew i had a friend waiting for me, very detail oriented and excellent service, can remember all the guest names and their requirements always with a Smile .Will come back again because of his service

Front staffs very rude. Hotel policies about kids is quite cruel. Front staff talk like never been trained. Will Not come back and not recommend to anyone at all.

The swimming pool was superb, breakfast wasn’t that great and location was good.

Very good location, the Hotel is also very nice, have a perfect and comfortable swimming infinity pool and a restaurant with an amazing sea view. The rooms have very comfortable bed’s. We had a good time here.
