The front desk staff were excellent. My key card wasn't working, and a cleaning staff member kindly helped me out. The front desk staff promptly assisted, and the technical staff fixed the issue right away.

🥰🤩♥️ It was our first trip to Phuket together, and we stayed here for almost a week. This hotel was the perfect choice - it's close to a large mall, within walking distance of Patong Beach, and near many attractions. Our room was very clean, and we loved having a bathtub. The pool was also wonderful! We slept comfortably every night. The staff were always friendly, smiling, and ready to help. There was even a friendly Filipina staff member who helped me a lot—thank you so much! I also forgot my wallet, and they immediately contacted me and arranged for it to be delivered to my sister in Thailand. Amazing service! I would definitely stay here again. 10/10! 🤩❤️🥰✨

I recently stayed at 77 Patong Hotel & Spa in Phuket for three days and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and offers good value for money.
One of the highlights of my stay was the friendliness and hospitality of the staff. They were always helpful, welcoming, and ready to assist whenever needed, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel location is good, 5mins walk to Jungceylon shopping mall. Many restaurants. Although the hotel is a little old, the environmental still good. The boxing studium just outside the main road, if you like to watch boxing. Also not far from Bangla walking street.
