This hotel is absolutely top-notch! The service is incredibly warm and friendly, and the breakfast spread is fantastic. They have two swimming pools, plus a wave pool, which is a great bonus. It's very clean and feels like a beautiful garden oasis. The location is super convenient too, with plenty of restaurants, a 7-Eleven, and a large shopping mall nearby.

Breakfast - plentiful and extremely varied - excellent
Room - Big, comfortable and great balcony!
Pool (x2) - HUGE and really deep too! Fantastic!!
Rooftop Bar - Great happy hour and amazing views of sunset into the sea.
Staff - SO kind and friendly!!
Patong Resort Hotel was so good, I kept extending my stay for up to 1 month!!! Will be booking to come back and stay again when I get home!

The hotel's location is fantastic, very close to Patong Beach and the night market. Jungceylon Shopping Center is also nearby. The room was clean, spacious, and even had a balcony. For such great quality, the price was very reasonable. Highly recommended!

The hotel was very well managed even though it was fully booked. Staff helpful with luggage sending to room . Breakfast open at 6 am and food was v good. At check out only takes less than 5 mins and staff offer assistance with luggage and transport . The whole area was very well managed especially the swimming pool .
