It was one of the best holidays I had. It was my first time in Phuket and I am so glad that I booked this hotel. It was conveniently located, wonderful and friendly staff. Our room was perfect. I am already planning our next trip there this December. Can't wait to return.

I really liked the hotel. It has a convenient location on Kata Beach (first line) with direct beach access. The staff was friendly, and a special thanks goes to Fah. The breakfasts were good.

Hotel is in a good location, plenty of food options around if you didn't want to eat in the hotel. Close to airport if needing to stay nearby and love that the hotel offers free shuttle to the airport. Breakfast had good options avaible for the whole family. Didn't get a chance to use the pool but it looked great.

Exceptional hotel. I LOVED my room. They provided every amenity imaginable My ocean view room was top-notch. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Five stars for sure!

Great access from the hotel to the beach! Lucky us, there was a happy hour at the pool bar! It was also great that there were many restaurants right outside the hotel! The breakfast was delicious too!

Upon entering the room, there was no electricity, and we had to wait for someone to fix it.
The room was filled with a musty smell.
The hairdryer was completely useless.
There were insects or some kind of insect secretions all over the toilet paper.
However, I have to admit, the beach view was great, and the steak at the Western restaurant was also good.
I thought all beachfront hotels were like this, but after we moved to another hotel the next day, we found that other hotels didn't have that smell.
