This hotel is luxurious, whoever comes here won't regret it. They have everything you could possibly need. Food, juices, fruits, a seafood buffet on Fridays, and a meat buffet on Wednesdays – yes, it's extra, but totally worth it. It's really just a few pennies. It's a bit pricey to stay here during peak season; they should give discounts to Russians.

I really loved this hotel; it's green, beautiful, with friendly staff and unobtrusive service. The room has a mosquito repellent plug-in and spray, everything for guests' comfort. Excellent breakfasts, an on-site cafe with ice cream and coffee, a kids' room, and a small zoo. There are bars and several pools. My child enjoyed the water slides, and the adult pool is slightly set aside, quiet, and not crowded. There's direct beach access with a gate for guests. We would happily return again.

The room was very clean, and the air conditioning was super strong. It was cleaned well every day, and the front desk processed check-ins quickly. They even spoke a little Chinese and were very professional. The ground floor with the garden was super beautiful, and breakfast was great, from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM.

Room 3405, from June 11 to June 17, 2026. Check-in took forever; we waited at reception for over an hour and 20 minutes, even though we arrived at 2:50 PM, well within check-in time. All the furniture is very old, the bed creaks, and our daughter needed a chair to climb onto the large, very high bed. Housekeeping only cleaned twice during our 6-night, 7-day stay, and one of those times we had to personally ask the housekeeper to clean. After the second cleaning, the housekeeper left only one set of towels instead of three. While it's convenient that beach towels are provided in the room and you don't need cards to get and return them, it also means they might forget to provide enough towels. Housekeepers were rarely seen on our floor. A huge downside is the lack of a closed wardrobe to store clothes, and there are very few hangers. The air conditioner has a mechanical thermostat fixed to the wall instead of a remote control; the temperature setting doesn't work, it's very noisy, barely cools, and makes sleeping impossible. The bathroom is large but absolutely useless and shabby, with ugly and torn curtains on the windows. The quality of sleep was terrible; the neighbor's children from room 3406 were constantly running in the hallway and shouting all night from midnight, and moving furniture at 1 AM – impossible to sleep. The balcony had no canopy, so drying clothes on rainy days was out of the question. Breakfasts were varied, and they had tasty shashlik skewers, but the Nutella was watered down. After a request to reception, the chefs started serving it individually, but we had to wait 10-15 minutes. There's absolutely no service in the dining room, other than clearing plates from under your nose. The grounds are beautiful, and we loved the mini-farm for kids, where they brought turtles, parrots, piglets, goats, and rabbits, and provided food for them – our child was thrilled. The slides were great, two were very fast, and one wasn't very pleasant as the seams were noticeable and tore my swim trunks; another one was closed. Moving between the pools was not very convenient as the paths got extremely hot. We never saw staff in the kids' club, and all the animation was paid and not very interesting. The location to the sea is great, with the beautiful Karon Beach right across the road, but it's very dangerous with strong rip currents, so be careful! The hotel has a Russian-speaking staff member at reception, Shevket, who was friendly and tried to smooth over the negative experience, but unfortunately, there were too many negatives.

We'd gladly return! The breakfasts were excellent, and the grounds are very green. The pools and water slides for kids are beyond praise. The view from the balcony of the sunset and the pool was fantastic! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 A huge thank you to the staff for their friendliness and cleanliness!

The hotel advertised itself as Chinese-friendly, but there wasn't a single staff member who spoke Chinese. On arrival, I had to wait an hour to check in. There were far too many insects, including many rove beetles which carry viruses. The toilet constantly smelled foul, and the incessant sound of flushing water was so loud it disrupted my sleep. The bed broke on the very first day. The breakfast was terrible and definitely not to Chinese tastes. No one seemed to be cleaning the pool by the entrance. On the second day, I had to call housekeeping multiple times before they finally arrived at 4 PM. Extremely dissatisfied, I will not be returning.

The hotel was very nice, and June at the front desk provided excellent service. Her Chinese was great, making communication seamless. It was a wonderful experience overall.

The environment and service were both excellent. I really liked the service from the guy at check-in; he gave me a room with a great view, but I didn't get a chance to ask his name. I was pleasantly surprised by the bunny left by housekeeping when I entered the room – my daughter loves bunnies, so thank you for that! The only issue was the central air conditioning in the room; it smelled strongly of paint. I went to the front desk to report it and asked to change rooms. They just cleaned the room and brought me an air freshener, but it didn't really help. It was either endure the bad smell with the AC on or deal with the noisy air freshener. I couldn't stand it anymore, so I didn't turn on the air conditioning the entire night! That was a major drawback. However, the hotel's facilities, amenities, and service were otherwise very good. The lady, Parey, at check-out had a great attitude.
