The room is spacious with balcony facing the pool. A little bit hot as the sun facing directly to your room. It can be a blessing (for drying your clothes) and also affecting your room to be hot. Need to close the curtain. Anything else, all are awesome. Really recommended to all family who travel to Phuket (area south of Phuket town).

We had a wonderful 3D2N stay at Chalong Marina Bay View Phuket. We arrived early and were able to check in ahead of time. While waiting, we relaxed at the infinity pool and enjoyed the welcome drinks. The sea-facing pool offers beautiful views and is a great place to unwind. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They introduced us to the hotel’s app, which made it very convenient to request services such as the complimentary shuttle, room service, housekeeping, and spa bookings. Our room was clean, spacious, and featured a private pool, which made the stay feel especially cosy and relaxing. We also enjoyed the bathtub and had fun unwinding with bubble baths after a day out. Pool towels and flip-flops were thoughtfully provided, adding to the convenience. Being surrounded by nature, we did encounter mosquitoes, lizards, and snails around the property, but this was manageable by keeping the doors closed. I also appreciated the hotel’s sustainability efforts. Shampoo, shower gel, and hand wash were provided in the room, while items such as toothbrushes and toothpaste were available upon request. It’s a simple but meaningful way to reduce unnecessary waste. A special mention to the staff for their excellent service. They promptly fulfilled all our requests, from lending us a plug adapter to delivering room service quickly even when we ordered close to the restaurant’s closing time. Breakfast selection was not extensive, but there were enough options to start the day comfortably. The food was simple and satisfying, and the menu changed daily, which made breakfast a pleasant surprise each morning. The location is slightly away from the city centre, so we relied on Grab to visit markets and Phuket Old Town. However, there are two large supermarkets within a 10-minute walk and a 7-Eleven just 3 minutes away. Overall, this is a safe, peaceful, and comfortable resort. The attentive service, beautiful infinity pool, private pool, and relaxing room amenities made for a memorable stay. We would happily recommend it to travellers looking for a quiet retreat away from the crowds.

The owner, meaning the man at the reception, is very strict about order. There are cameras, he sees everything, and if anything happens, he'll say someone is coming. I was looking for a bottle opener, and the girls brought it to me. Climbing the stairs isn't easy, but it's manageable. Nearby, there are shops and cafes with local cuisine. There's also a large supermarket where you can pay by card. It's far from the beach, but you can walk or drive to the Big Buddha. Overall, I liked it; issues were resolved, but it's definitely better if you have a scooter. Cats might even visit!

This hotel has very obvious pros and cons. Even during peak season, the price wasn't expensive, and the staff service was quite good. The free daily shuttle to Karon Beach is a nice touch, but the latest return time is 4:30 PM, which is quite early. However, there are also many issues. The room facilities are a bit old, the air conditioning cools slowly, only three hangers are provided, and there are only two free bottles of mineral water per day. The showerhead is difficult to adjust, resulting in a weak spray from individual nozzles. The location is relatively remote; the nearest 7-Eleven requires crossing a main road and then walking a bit further, but you will pass a local market, which is a plus. Wat Chalong is within walking distance, but for other attractions, you generally need to take a taxi, and they aren't always easy to find. A 2000 THB cash deposit is required upon check-in, though I later managed to change it to an equivalent amount in local currency. Overall, if you have high standards for accommodation quality during your travels, I would not recommend choosing this hotel.

Old but acceptable for 1-2 nights, beautiful pools and sunsets offset the downsides. No lift, avoid high floors if you have knee problems, we were put on level 5, lots of walking. Hire a bike if you can, there are restaurants nearby but a bit of walk out, felt safe.

To be honest, the service at this hotel is amazing! All the staff were very helpful, especially three of them, but Jojo and Cho Wit were exceptionally nice to us. Every time they saw us, they welcomed us with a big smile. I liked them so much! It was an amazing 8-night stay at this hotel.”

While there are indeed not many entertainment facilities near the hotel, other aspects of the stay were quite satisfactory. The room was clean and tidy, and the service was attentive

I booked the pool walk out suite and it was a great space. Only complaint is that they do not provide dish soap or a cloth to wash the dishes they provide which is odd and not enough hangers for clothes.

Excellent hotel for the price! We stayed here one night on our way south and would have stayed longer in a heartbeat if it panned out! Loved the pool, very clean and refreshing on a hot day. Sun chairs beside the pool if you just want to catch some rays. Room was very clean and a huge balcony to enjoy the night with a sink outside as well! Highly recommend

Honeslty to everyone …. The cost is not worth of it ! And every morning around 5 …..small animals wikl wake up up ! And by the way … the bath tube is outside the balconyand js transpreate ! The designer ………….gosh !
