The scenery is absolutely beautiful, and the hotel food offers great value for money. Breakfast is extensive, and all the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming! We chose this hotel for the mountain views, and luckily our room delivered, offering great panoramic windows. Unfortunately, everything else was just mediocre. We paid for breakfast but stopped eating it after the first day; the selection was minimal, and the kitchen and staff there didn't inspire much appetite (not very tidy). There's a free shuttle to popular spots, but a scooter is more convenient. The air conditioning was indeed noisy, and water dripped from it for a whole day until a technician came. Small ants only appeared if food was left uncovered. Hot and cold water were plentiful with decent pressure. Housekeeping and linen changes were daily, the bed was fine, and there were pillows of two different firmnesses. The pool was clean.

I booked the sea view romance suite with jacuzzi 2409, top floor corner unit. We loved our unit so much! The view… the design, the jacuzzi. Everything is amazing. Delicious breakfast, stunning rooftop bar and gourmet restaurant…! We didn’t have the time to try the spa but it was amazing for sure. The pool isn’t huge but all in marble and has an incredible sea view. Last but not least, the staff is very polite and welcoming. We will come back 😊!

This is my third stay at this hotel, and it's truly fantastic. The hotel grounds are like a beautiful garden, absolutely lovely. Even though it's not in the bustling Patong Beach area, the hotel offers a free shuttle service to and from Patong. It's about a 20-30 minute ride one way. Taxis there and back would cost around 80 baht, so it saved me some meal money! If you don't want to venture out, you can just relax on the hotel's beach, feel the sand between your toes, and do some simple snorkeling. If I ever come back to Phuket, this hotel will definitely be my first choice again. Highly recommended!

Our ground-floor room didn't have a sea view, but the service and facilities were quite good. The pool, restaurant, and gym were all well-equipped, and the breakfast offered a decent variety. However, we ordered room service a few times and found the taste to be mediocre and not worth the price. You can easily walk to the nearby beach where there are plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from.

The rooms are clean and housekeeping is the best in here. But there is no private wifi whatsoever, you can not use the wifi router in your room cause it doesn't work at all. When asked, they say just connect to public wifi. They send 3 different people to fix the issue but all they do is coming to my room and showing me the public networks that are not even stable for connection for work.

Facilities: Fully equipped with a beautiful pool right by the sea, and a gym nearby. Everything you could need, very good. Hygiene: The room was spotless and cleaned thoroughly every day. Environment: Elegant surroundings. The hotel is located between Patong Beach and the airport, so it's not as noisy as Patong, and it's only about a 40-minute drive to the airport. Service: Every staff member was very polite. Breakfast was pretty comprehensive, and the staff's English was fluent, making communication easy. I stayed here for four nights and loved watching the beautiful sunset quietly on the beach – it was truly unforgettable. I look forward to coming back again. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay! This is a fantastic adults-only hotel located right on the beachfront. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredibly kind and fluent in English. Our room was spacious and well-insulated, equipped with a large fridge and very comfortable beds. We had a minor issue with the air conditioning, but the staff resolved it quickly by moving us to a different room. Almost every room offers a stunning view. The hotel grounds deserve a special mention -they are beautifully landscaped with tropical plants, including passion fruit and mango trees. We would definitely love to come back if we have the chance!

We know now what would be our next trip plans and where we gonna stay . Super amazing location. Clean beach, which is right across the street, nice pool and friendly staff. Booked through Trip.com and got lower price than at the hotel reception. Very comfy beds, classy design. Only one thing i can comment: pool which was attached to rooms, while i was passing by noticed not clean water(plastics and some other stuff got in the water where some guests were swimming) and smell. Overall loved the hotel and njoyed the stay

Every time I visit Phuket, I usually stay in Patong, but this time I wanted to experience a different lively area. I booked this hotel last minute after landing, and the price was really reasonable. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived! The owner even has adorable kittens, which cat lovers will absolutely adore! The location is fantastic too – there's a 7-Eleven right outside, and the beach is just across the street. There are plenty of restaurants and even an influencer-famous cafe nearby. This area isn't as bustling and commercial as Patong, but it still offers everything you need for food, drinks, and daily necessities. It's all about convenience! There are a lot of Westerners around, and it has this 'quiet in the midst of activity' vibe. If you're traveling solo and looking to relax, this hotel is an excellent choice. It truly feels like a top pick by Westerners, haha! Make sure to fully enjoy your wonderful vacation here!
