Really great hotel! It's beachfront (first line) and a corner hotel in the bay. There are no sun loungers on the beach directly in front of the hotel, but the view is magnificent. The sunsets are incredible! We had a room on the ground floor with direct pool access – wow, highly recommend it! Housekeeping was fine, and breakfast was good with a decent variety. They provided 4 bottles of water every day. It was clean and tidy. There are pools, but we rarely swam in them. It was super convenient to relax on the hotel grounds on the sun loungers and then just walk over for a swim in the sea. Nearby, there's an amazing market (the best on Phuket), and a 7/11 is a 10-minute walk or a 2-minute scooter ride away. The staff were polite.

I stayed at The Beach Heights Resort for 3 days and 2 nights and found it to be excellent value for money. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the basic amenities, along with a large balcony. The hotel also offers good facilities, including a swimming pool, gym, and kids' room. The location is very convenient, with Kata Night Market, 7-Eleven, KFC, laundry services, massage shops, salons, and many restaurants all within walking distance. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Kata area.

Traveling to Phuket during the off-season, and never having stayed at Kata Beach before, I chose a sea-view room at this hotel. Upon checking in, I found the sea-view room to be absolutely stunning! Waking up every morning to watch the waves gently lapping the shore of the bay was incredibly therapeutic. The only downsides were the lack of a liquid mosquito repellent in the room and the slow drainage in the bathroom sink, which caused water to pool easily. There's a Small Kata Beach nearby with beautiful clear water and fewer crowds, so I recommend checking it out.

Overall, I booked this place for the sea view, and it exceeded my expectations! Being able to wake up to such a stunning ocean view from bed just made me never want to leave. **Cleanliness:** It's clean, and actually looks better in person than in the photos. The pictures make it seem a bit older, but it doesn't feel that way in reality. **Ambiance:** The beach is right downstairs, and it's incredibly clean with crystal-clear waters along the shore. I honestly think it's much better than those more expensive foreign chain hotels or trendy influencer spots. The accompanying beachfront breakfast restaurant, steakhouse, and bar are all right by the beach, so you can enjoy the ocean view from morning till night. **Service:** The service was great. Both the lady at the front desk and the bellhop were very friendly, and they were happy to accommodate my request to switch rooms due to a less-than-ideal view. **Cons:** 1. Breakfast was just okay. 2. The shower water would often suddenly turn scalding hot, which was a bit unnerving.

Excellent value for money. Everything is nearby, the rooms are decent enough, and the hotel staff are excellent. You can definitely book this place if you're realistically expecting a 3-star experience, not a 4 or 5-star, which isn't possible at this price point.

The room was absolutely beautiful and spotless. Housekeeping came daily, and they were very diligent about restocking water, hangers, and other amenities. There's a fridge in the room, and you can take hot food to the front desk to be reheated, or just dine directly at the hotel restaurant. The hotel offers plenty of free facilities like hot and cold plunge pools, a sauna, and a steam room, all located on the 6th floor! The Sky Bar on the 7th floor is truly amazing; the hotel gives you two complimentary drinks, and from there, you can watch the stunning Kata beach views and sunset! I highly recommend opting for a room with pool access; it's only about a hundred more, and totally worth it! Nearby, there's a highly-rated spa on Google that's open until 00:30, with prices around 500 Thai Baht. It's perfect for a relaxing massage before heading straight back to the hotel for a good night's sleep. The hotel is very close to the beach, just a few hundred meters away, less than a ten-minute walk, and there's even a 7-Eleven on the way for supplies, haha! There are also many friendly cats at the hotel – seriously, they're so affectionate! This place is such a steal; everyone should stay here! Though I might complain if the prices go up, haha! I stayed during the May Day holiday for 338 RMB a night, which is incredibly good value – you'd never find that price in China!

Excellent, absolutely fantastic! This is my third trip to Phuket, and I've stayed in over a dozen hotels. I can honestly say this might be the one I'll book again next time. I saw a package deal on another platform and I'm already tempted to book it now! The rooms are very new, and the pool is large and beautiful. The only slight drawback is that the breakfast isn't particularly outstanding; it could use more variety. Kata Beach is one of my favorite beaches in Phuket, and there are many great places to eat nearby. The hotel's location is excellent. I highly recommend against staying in Patong. Patong Beach has raw sewage discharging directly into the ocean; it's practically a cesspool, which is truly heartbreaking. I've joined a Phuket environmental protection group. We regularly organize beach cleanups, and I really hope this hotel could organize similar events for guests to participate in, helping us collectively protect the beautiful beaches of Phuket!

This hotel is a solid all-rounder, with the only downside being its inconvenient location. That deadly steep hill definitely gives your lungs and heart a workout! However, it's quite convenient if you're planning a trip to Koh Racha. Plus, there's a cheap massage parlor right down the hill – 300 baht for an hour of pure bliss. The hotel also has a Let's Relax branch, and I tried both. Thailand should really make 'massages' a UNESCO World Heritage! A 7-Eleven is also within a ten-minute walk, and once you go down the hill and turn the corner, there are plenty of restaurants. I tried two, and both tasted pretty good: one Chinese restaurant with couplets (can't remember the name, but it looked like it was run by Cantonese people) and another with two chefs. I booked a garden view room for 600 baht, which came with a super-sized Jacuzzi. Remember to bring bath bombs if you stay here; it's perfect for a soak with your partner. The Jacuzzi is outdoors, so privacy isn't its strongest suit, but you can always wear a swimsuit. The room itself is quite spacious, with a capsule coffee machine and free water. Mini-bar snacks aren't complimentary. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the room feels very dry and not humid at all. The cleanliness is also quite good. My room wasn't accessible by elevator; I had to walk up a flight of stairs. However, the concierge helped with the luggage, so it wasn't a big issue. The rooftop infinity pool offers a fantastic view overlooking Kata Beach, and there's also a restaurant there. Breakfast is decent, with a different theme every day. The gym equipment is also pretty comprehensive. I didn't encounter any of the discrimination issues I'd heard about online; the staff were all very nice. It's a very modern hotel, and I really liked it. However, it's adults-only and doesn't accommodate children. I think it's perfect for couples, and most of the guests I saw were indeed couples. If I visit Phuket again, I'd definitely consider staying here.

Very affordable and convenient. The location is perfect, just few minutes of walking to Kata Beach, the Street food market and best of all, you don't need to climb a hill to get there. Staff was nice. Maybe the owner needs to pay more attention to amenities in need of reparations or replacement, like the chairs of the balcony or the shower separation, so the water doesn't overflow and get the whole bathroom soaked. Decorations are nice and even though it's in front of a bar and in a street with several Businesses, the soundproof windows (ceiling to floor size) allowed us to have a pleasant rest. The breakfast is from the restaurant located at the first floor, they offer 2 different options, both are good.

I've stayed at so many hotels, but this one is a must-recommend! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, and check-in was fast and efficient. A special thanks to Pum and Yayu for being so friendly and lovely with our baby. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable – I slept soundly all night. The location is fantastic, with plenty of great food and shopping options nearby. The breakfast selection was extensive and absolutely delicious; we stayed for three days. Next time I'm in the area, I'll definitely choose this hotel again!
