My stay at **Avista Hideaway Phuket Patong - MGallery** was wonderful, largely thanks to the absolutely stunning views that surround the property. Waking up to such a picturesque landscape truly elevates the entire experience. Another major highlight was the daily breakfast, which offered a fantastic and delicious variety to start the morning right. I did find that the room service was a little bit slow at times, but honestly, it was okay and didn't detract much from the overall enjoyment. It’s a beautiful, luxurious spot that I would highly recommend for a relaxing escape!

The hotel's location and environment are excellent. It's nestled in a small alley, and there are plenty of dining options right outside. Across the street is the beach. The hotel staff are very welcoming, and I especially want to thank Sindee at the front desk. She was always the first to help us resolve any issues we encountered during our stay. However, I did notice that the cleaning staff seemed to treat guests differently. My parents' room required multiple reminders over two consecutive days before it was cleaned. Sindee quickly helped sort that out. There's also a Thai guy named Kevin at the front desk who was very helpful. Overall, our stay was very pleasant, and the experience was great. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit.

Honestly, it wasn't as good as I expected. I've stayed in many boutique, niche hotels like this before, but as soon as you enter, the beach is full of street vendors and tourists driving in, which immediately made it feel mediocre. The reception lobby was also small and not very grand. The shuttle took us very close to the room, as the area isn't big. The so-called 'mountain view' was just looking at a rather unattractive hotel across the way, so there was no real scenery to speak of. The only good thing was the rooftop bar; there was a girl there who provided excellent service. Other than that, there were absolutely no surprises or highlights. When I left, I took a bag that was in the room, and they actually charged me 750 Thai Baht for it! Nothing in the minibar was complimentary, which felt very stingy and completely mismatched with the room rate. When I stayed at Capella, everything was complimentary, including welcome champagne. In short, I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.
