Had a great stay at this hotel/residence. The rooms were clean and the concept is like a studio room. They had microwave oven, fridge, plates, utensils etc. that you can use. Everything about this hotel is great, from the location where there's a lot of nearby within walking distance (e.g. Macdonals, plenty of 7 eleven, laundry services, mini-Big C, pharmacy, etc.). In the hotel, there's gym and you can wash your laundry without needing to head out...just prepare to have enough coins, as the hotel reception typically run out of coins.

The hotel is apartment-style, with soft beds, one bedroom and one living room, kitchen, relatively new, Daikin air conditioner, swimming pool on the second floor, gym on the third floor, 7-11 convenience store nearby, Sichuan Malatang, close to Mahidol University, relatively convenient transportation. The downside is that there is no air conditioning in the stairwell, it feels quite hot when you first come in. The lobby design is very beautiful, many Europeans and Americans live there.

We are a family of three and usually look for a two-bedroom room, but I could only find this three-bedroom room in this area. It looked good in the pictures, but when I got there, I found that this area was very popular. I was puzzled. It turned out that Mahidol University was right next to it. There were young people living around it. It was a very lively place. We drove by ourselves. It was very difficult to find this hotel on the first night of our arrival. The location on Google was completely wrong. We went around and finally found the reception with the help of the security guy. This experience of finding the place was particularly bad. It wasted almost an hour of our time. There are many restaurants downstairs, so eating is basically not a problem. Particularly bad impressions: 1. The corridor smells very strong, that is, the smell of decoration, and the window is not opened for ventilation. When you enter the room, you feel like you are "stringing the room", and the decoration smell is particularly strong. 2. When we were sitting in the living room at night, we found a centipede about 5-6cm long, which means that the hygiene and air are not good and the cleaning is not in place. There are only three breakfast options: Japanese (pre-made dishes with a bowl of rice) is the best, Thai porridge (very sticky), and American (all sausage, bacon, ham) are hard to swallow. Coffee and toast are self-service, and the breakfast is very simple. I recommend the Japanese option. 3. Three beds should be equipped with three chairs, but there are only two chairs, which is not convenient for sitting at the table to do things, and one of the people has no seat.

The apartment hotel is clean and sanitary. Although it is located in the county where Mahidol University is located, it is very convenient to go to other places by regular buses. Although breakfast is not provided, it is very convenient to have a supermarket and bakery next to it.
