I don't usually leave negative reviews, but in this case I can't help myself. The level of cleanliness and hygiene of the structure was below zero, non-existent. We stayed here for two nights, the floors in the public spaces were dirty and have never been cleaned in this period of time, but the room was the real problem. Aside from holes in the shower and closet walls, and the TV that didn't work, the level of filth was beyond belief. Dirty shower, dirty floor, sink and bidet (with knobs) that hadn't been washed for who knows how long and, last but not least, beard hair on the sink cabinet and on the bidet. I've never seen anything like it, but given the dilapidation of the place we didn't even ask for a room change.

The rooms seen in the photo were just a mirage, the room was made up of two single bed bases with two mattresses separated by a bedside table. I had booked a double room but the staff didn't even want to give me double bed linen to join the beds. The breakfast, which was supposed to be self-service, was upon request and not up to par. I strongly advise against it. I've never been this bad.

Anything but comfortable, dilapidated structure, reception non-existent after 7pm, and any problem must be resolved, unacceptable room, parking on the street, a sort of internal car park if you have to call it that, but the gate is practically always open for everyone's goods. Basically, in the end, not feeling sure about anything, the room was left open because the lady closed the reception at 7.00 pm, we opted for another structure and lost the reservation. Sono stato con mia moglie in questa struttura ,ho trovato subito una grande accoglienza e cortesia da parte delle persone che ci lavorano, anche il servizio colazione è stato soddisfacente,ho trascorso una settimana serena e coccolato,grazie ragazze, e a tutti i lavoratori del residence!!! a presto!
