Ottimo hotel in pieno centro storico, a due passi da piazza dei cavalli. Tutti i monumenti , locali, ristoranti e vie shopping a pochi passi a piedi. Personale molto gentile. La mia camera era bellissima. Molto ampia, con vista su strada ma silenziosa. Ristrutturata con gusto, nuova e buona pulizia. Bagno spazioso. (unica pecca la tenda doccia. Stonava in un bel contesto) Frigo bar. Ottima la scelta dei bicchieri di carta. Tv a schermo piatto molto grande con canali Sky. Set di cortesia buono. (Aggiungerei le ciabattine, un consiglio). Sala colazione bellissima con terrazza con vista sulla citta. Colazione buona tra dolce e salato. Personale della sala gentile. Ristorante ottimo. Gentile il personale. Consigliato

We went there during late April for a vacation and the hotel stay was terrible. We paid for a king-sized bed but got two beds attached that separated, making sleep uncomfortable. The TV was outdated and unusable, the WiFi was slow, and the bathroom was poorly designed. We had to fully open the door to enter, the shower had a tiny grid for our products, and the counter was so small my girlfriend did her makeup on the floor in front of the wardrobe mirror. The morning buffet was plain, and the receptionist, thinking my girlfriend didn't understand Italian was swearing in front of her, he also tried to charge us twice. It took 20 minutes to find our reservation, nearly causing us to miss our train. We were rushed out of the room and felt mistreated as a young couple. The only positive thing was the restaurant, which had a good service. The hotel was overpriced for what we got and it the worst hotel experience ever.

Avevo bisogno di un hotel per una notte a Piacenza e sono capitato in questo albergo lussuoso nel centro di Piacenza. Il personale alla reception è gentile e disponibile, le camere sono molto pulite e accoglienti ma piccole. Segnalo alcune criticità. 1) l'acqua del frigobar è a pagamento.... ormai non esiste hotel di quel livello (parliamo di un 4 stelle) che non la inserisca automaticamente nel prezzo della camera 2) la camera, come già detto, è piccola. Mancano, però, una penna/matita, qualche foglietto per prendere appunti, le ciabatte. A mio avviso davvero ingiustificabile per un 4 stelle centrale 3) bagno piccolo, doccia nella vasca da bagno, acqua poco regolabile che passa da bollente a fredda spesso 4) la colazione lascia veramente a desiderare. Poca roba, qualità bassa, scarsa varietà. Ho provato ad assaggiare più cose perchè non finivo nulla di quello che prendevo... brioches scadenti, crostata dura, mancanza di varietà (frutta, formaggi, salumi veramente scarsissimi). Da segnalare, tuttavia, che la location è ottima in quanto la colazione viene servita al settimo piano in una sorta di terrazza panoramica In sintesi un buon hotel ma da un 4 stelle si deve pretendere molto di più. Ho messo 2/5 proprio perchè ci si aspetta di più!

Wir sind zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt: gute Lage nahe dem Zentrum, dem Platz dei Cavalli, schöne saubere Zimmer, heller Frühstücksraum und Terrasse für Apéro beides in 7. Etage. Unbefriedigend ist die mangelhafte Schallisolation zwischen den Zimmern, also Oropax mitnehmen.

All'ingresso ti accolgono due o tre persone che non fanno un sorriso in tre, anzi a malapena ti guardano in faccia. Conto subito e neanche un sorriso nemmeno lì. La camera è bella, ma il servizio in camera è inesistente perche il telefono non funziona. Se si vuole fare aperitivo in terrazza, ottima la vista sui tetti e ci si deve sedere solo al tavolo stabilito da loro, che ti accompagnano come se ti facessero un favore. Drink pieno di ghiaccio. Patatine e noccioline, niente di più, manco fossi in un 4 stelle. Garage accessibile solo ad auto di piccole dimensioni, con cui comunque le manovre risultano difficili. Ottima la posizione, ma un po' di cortesia in più sarebbe gradita.
