already at check-in I was not impress as the person there was not able to speak one word in French (this is in Quebec where your main market speak French)
I am good in english and I always speak in english when in other provinces of Canada, it is a form of respect.
once in the room it was not nice looking at all for 160,00 $ per night and it was very cold.
it took 3h to get at a comfortable temperature.
you could feel the cold air from outside comming from every tiny holes in the walls (not insulated at all).
and then in the bathroom, there was not heated at all and there was a humidity bug in the bath ..
you can see they don't care about the place, they just want to make money.

Petit, vieux mais propre, très cher, odeur de cigarette dans la chambre, et des voisins qui fume du.pot juste à côté de notre chambre, à l accueil la madame ne parle pas français j'avais réserver 3 nuits et nous avons rester 1 nuit pas très contente

Nous arrivons d un séjour dans le chalet. Dès notre arriver nous sommes rester de marbre ç est à côté de l autoroute ont l entends du matin au soir nous qui croyais avoir un séjour tranquille je capotais, je voulais canceller. Le chalet a besoin d être redecorer, ç est vieux manquait pleins de choses côté cuisine, poêle exécrable, air climatisée à couler toute la première nuit pas dormi. Propreté sans plus vitres sales, stores poussiéreux, tapis partout pas de tapis antidérapant dans le bain très dangereux, tuile briser par terre, cuisinière manquant des morceaux mon mari a du nettoyer le four. Balcon avec une planche pour camoufler un trou. Chaises extérieur vieilles et très inconfortables une chance que l on avait apporter les nôtres. Le divan lit pas couchable. Le seule et encore là avons du rester ç est la piscine, mais toujours avec le bruit de la 15. Plus jamais.
