Net thuis van een geweldig verblijf in landhaus Kitzblick. Gastheer Bart en gastvrouw Wibke zijn enorme lieve en zorgzame mensen die je gelijk verwelkomen met een drankje en een praatje, ook ontbreken daarbij de goede tips niet. Het voelt daarom ook meer alsof je bij vrienden op bezoek gaat dan dat je in een gedeeld landhuis zit. De kamers zijn allemaal netjes onderhouden en voldoen aan de verwachtingen van de foto’s. Vanuit ons zeker een aanrader en wij zullen hier ook terug komen.

Super lokatie, zeer gastvrije eigenaren. Appartement waren schoon en compleet ingericht. Veel te doen in de omgeving maar je kan je ook prima vermaken in en ronsom het appartement met zwembad, speeltuin en sauna.

Echt een aanrader! Een mooi, goed verzorgd appartement op een prachtige centrale plek bij zeer vriendelijke en gastvrije mensen! We werden hartelijk ontvangen! Bovendien weten deze mensen genoeg van de omgeving waardoor zij ook veel tips en tops kunnen geven! Kaprun en Zell am See liggen op zeer korte afstand met de auto, net als de liften! Het is er geweldig!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at Landhaus Kitzblick. We were welcomed on arrival by Wibke, who took a lot of time to help us settle in and give us advice for places to visit in the local area. As we had arrived by train, Wibke drove us to the nearest supermarket to ensure we had food for our first evening meal. Although there wasn’t breakfast on offer, we could instead order deliciously fresh rolls and loaves each morning. The warm outdoor pool with a mountain view was a real treat - it was hard to keep our boys out of it! We stayed in Apartment Edelweiß which was extremely well-equipped, spacious and comfortable, with marvellous views from the balcony. We ate at the local traditional Austrian Gasthaus on our last evening - Samer Matzen - as recommended by Wibke and we weren’t disappointed! A fine way to end our stay in the area.

Wir haben uns hier sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt und die Gastgeberin kümmert sich mit Leib und Seele um ihre Gäste. Alles war sehr unkompliziert und hier könnten wir direkt in die Erholung starten. Würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen.

Neat, clean and spacious rooms. The hosts Bart and Wibke are the best and made us feel at home away from home. Amazing mountain views from the room. The guesthouse is close to major ski areas and is easy to reach from innsbruck. In the summertime guests can use the pool and there is a sauna available.
