Let's start with the good things: The spa and the treatments are amazing. Organized staff speaking many languages, the mud wrappings are a must, the wifi is strong in the hotel and the spa area is silent (no wifi, phones on silent, feels amazing). The beer and wine offered with the meals is great. Around the hotel there's a lovely green alley, so refreshing! The downside: The building is quite old (worn down carpeting, shaky room door) and the food... lacks variety. One day we had a choice from "6 salads" which were the same salad in 6 bowls. Coffee runs out in the machine about mid-breakfast, so you have to wait for the snack area to open to get it. General impression: if I retire, this is the elderly house I'd love to stay in. And my spine appreciates the treatments. However, minor refreshing of the building and the meals might be a good idea. All in all - quite good.
