My husband was bitten by something during the night, so we are now going to have to take a trip to the ER because it is not getting any better.. Also, the pool area was closed but this was not advertised on the website.

They were remodeling and staff was rude!! Ice machine didn’t work, nothing worked well , when it did work!!! Do not book here you will be disappointed

Room was not very clean. Found a bug laying in the floor, hair inside the bathtub and in the floor at the sink area. AC unit did not work in one of the rooms that we rented due to breaker being kicked. Staff had to reset the breaker, however took quite awhile to resolve the issue. The next morning while we were getting ready, someone attempted to open the door despite the lock being engaged and the swing bar in place, the person was able to open the door and attempt to push back the swing bar in attempt to open the door. The person left once I came out of the bathroom and shut the door. Would not recommend staying here.

They doin renovation at time...bathroom needs to be larger ...take tub out just a shower is needed..put slip proof on floors an in shower so you dont fall..need better covers on bed..make it more handicap like..

When we arrived the hotel was under rentovations. The stay was suppose to include breakfast every morning which did not happen. We paid for a room with a jacuzzi which did not work. The bed had such a deep dent on oneside that it was so uneven. It was suppose to be pillow top but it was flat and you could feel the springs. There was suppose to be a hot tub with the indoor pool that was not there either.

Like the location shower the chair inside the room were dirty plus there was a dirty towel hanging behind the door
