Very nice and spacious place, and the property maintenance guy was really great and helpful, on hand , on site and very knowledgeable, for the price it was by far the best place with a awesome view and very close to every tourist attraction, I will be back.

The rooms were very clean, well-decorated, and the kitchen was fully stocked. The bathrooms were very clean and stocked. The patio was awesome and clean. The beds were comfortable and clean. Very quiet neighborhood.

Currently staying in unit 312. The unit is spacious and looks nice at first glance, then the little crawling caterpillars came out. We called management and they sent pest control but that didn’t work. We called again. The on-site supervisor caulked outside. That didn’t work either. Management said “…there is not much else we can do…I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused, but I hope you are still enjoying your time in Pigeon Forge!” They advertise a laundry facility in unit 311. Currently that unit is under construction. Unit 312 has a washer and dryer. It takes 2 hours to wash a load and 2 hours to dry. I used a pot from the kitchen to speed up the rinse cycle. The floors need a good scrubbing and the carpets need to be shampooed. The sinks and showers were clean. Overall, very disappointed. Would not recommend this place.

Very clean and spacious property. We had a comfortable stay. The kitchen had a lot of utensils and dishes. There were no extra blankets or toiletries though. The staff was friendly and responsive. Will recommend traveling if with kids. Overall comfortable experience.
