The hotel is old-fashioned luxury, and the decoration design is a bit outdated. The decoration of the room is very simple, and the simple must be upgraded to a luxury room.
Hotel food is very good, we are all-inclusive. Wine and beverages are all-you-can-drink, completely worth the money, the hotel's restaurant has a superb view and the food is exquisite.

Enjoyed a nice stay at the white palace, the staff was very good prepared and quick responsive. The food was great and various all the time, drinks and cocktails also were very good. The rooms and some parts of the hotel look a little bit old. Overall we enjoyed out stay and its also kids friendly.

Nous avons de nouveau passé un excellent séjour au White, services de tres bonne qualité de la part de toutes les équipes avec en particulier un Nicolaï qui travaille à la piscine principale toujours aussi gentil et au service des clients le top! Une pensée également pour Adriana très souriante et qui fait de superbes crêpes et de plus qui parle bien le français, également Alexandra et alexandros au buffet toujours souriants et aux petits soins. Les restaurants sont toujours de très bonne qualité, nous vous conseillons les chambres, dont le ménage est très bien fait tous les jours, avec vue mer. Un room service efficace et très réactif. Un petit point de détail a améliorer : prévoir une traduction en français sur le site internet de l'hôtel. A noter l'équipe fait de gros efforts pour parler Français. Bref aller y les yeux fermés

This is our 4th holiday at The White Palace which clearly speaks for itself. The staff in every area of the hotel are consistently very friendly, and so helpful- striving at all times to ensure we all have a great holiday.!!Absolutely nothing is too much trouble , staff at the main desk are excellent too and again nothing is too much trouble for them should you need assistance in any way. Our room had all we needed, great air conditioning, spacious , kettle etc and fridge with complimentary soft drinks and water which gets topped each day. Bed linen towels etc are changed daily and room service is excellent. Food in all the restaurants is superb, great service, wonderful choice and terrific variety of hot/ cold food to meet all dietary needs. Absolutely wonderful , could not be faulted in any area . Finally, the service at the poolside as always is exemplary- Nicoli is incredible, every day he provides an excellent service to everyone and works so hard to ensure everyone’s needs are met throughout the day. He is a star and must be such an asset to your staff team. Thank you White Palace for yet again a wonderful 2 week stay with you!!

I want to start by saying that I had the most amazing stay at this resort. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, everything was amazing. At the moment of the arrival we were greeted by Artemis with two frozen towels and a ginger lemonade, so that we could immediately refresh ourselves (it was extremely hot that day) and settle in the resort while she helped to take care of our check in and while waiting for our room to be ready, she showed us all the facilities and explained everything. We felt so welcomed. The greeks really got to be one of the best when it comes to hospitality. This resort has everything, you won’t feel bored or feel the need to necessarily leave the place. You’ll find various restaurants (that you should book prior to your arrival), bars, creperie, a small store if you need to buy anything, 2 heated pools, private beach. Everything is at your disposal and absolutely everyone is so kind. Shoutout to the restaurant The white where we had a very romantic dinner while being absolutely blown away with one of the most beautiful sunsets I have ever seen. I believe that what will stay with me from this hotel will be the moments we were one the sunset lounge bar waiting for the sunset with our coktails. It’s really beautiful. The quality of the food was also pretty good for an all inclusive, and you always have the option of the buffet restaurant. Food and drinks was a 4/5. Please also note that in this hotel you will find a lot of families and kids. It’s not just for adults. However this did not bothered us and we still felt that everyone was very respectful and still had a relaxing stay.

Had an amazing stay here in may. Everything ran smooth the minute we arrived. We went all inclusive with a swim up room and it was the perfect option. There was plenty of room by the pools and a gorgeous beach on the front. Breakfast and lunch was amazing with the choice of buffet or Italian for lunch. We loved the ice cream and crepe bar! gym facilities were good and we felt welcomed by all staff. Great location only a small taxi ride into town. The only downfall I would add is that there wasn’t any entertainment in the day or night and I think if you included more sports and fun activities or even themed dinner nights, you would have hit the jackpot! The pool waiters also got many drink orders wrong and often gave us someone else’s order and gave ours elsewhere too. Apart from this, absolutely brilliant hotel cleaners made a fantastic job and we would definitely return again. :)

Des vacances parfaites! Chambre familiale idéale avec un enfant de 3 ans et un bébé, je conseille vivement la swim Up pour profiter des siestes des enfants. Pensez à réserver des équipements bébé avant votre départ, nous avions un matelas à langer et un relax dans la chambre pour le bébé et une barrière de lit pour la grande. Tout est fait pour les familles dans cet hôtel. On ne se tracasse de rien et c’est ça qu’on recherchait en partant avec un bébé. Des matelas à langer dans chaque toilette, des repas pour bébé préparés au restaurant,… Nous avons préféré les restaurants à la carte que le buffet, pensez à bien les réserver avant votre départ. Mention spéciale pour l’asiatique. Expérience au top à l’agreco farm, une super visite et un dîner grec délicieux. Les cocktails sont très bons, alcools internationaux. Les couchers de soleil au bar étaient magiques! Beaucoup d’enfants et de bébés, idéal pour les familles. On a hâte d’y retourner!

Only arrived yesterday, our second visit after coming in July 2022. We had a fantastic time then and meant to write a review but never did so am doing this now so I don’t forget again! It is every bit as wonderful as 2 years ago. We were personally greeted by the manager who welcomed us back, and we arrived in our room to find he has arranged for a bottle of sparkling wine on ice and fruit. The WhatsApp concierge service is fantastic and they booked all of our restaurants and experiences for us before we arrived. We had bern up since 4am for an early flight, which had been delayed so we were tired and very hungry by the time we arrived around 3.30 but we had a lovely late lunch at Fico d’India where they really looked after us. The seafood spaghetti was absolutely gorgeous. We are looking forward to a very relaxing 10 days at this beautiful hotel. Oh and the sunsets are just stunning…..
