I visited the restaurant last Tuesday for taco Tuesday and the service was outstanding, i was greeted by mikol at the host stand with a pleasant smile on his face, the bartender tessa was amazing, and the food was a 20/10 the Chef wayne ran a special for Fish Tacos and let me tell you they were the best tacos i ever had i will be stopping by again, and nick at the front desk was lovely

juan is amazing! upon entry to the hotel he greeted me. as we talked i discovered he is the new restaurant manager. such an awesome young man! continue to strive juan! be great and always keep your energy shining. angel at the front desk is cool as well.

While staying at the Doubletree Pikesville, I was first impressed. At check-in, I met Nick, who was very pleasant and assisted my family and me after a long train ride. He was very efficient and also advised us on the hotel's layout and available amenities. We enjoyed delicious breakfasts in the restaurant, and the waitress, whose name I forget, was attentive, ensuring our drinks were always full and food was to our liking. Unfortunately, the pool was closed during our stay, but the friendly staff we encountered made up for it. I met Juan on several occasions, and he was easy to talk to and genuinely enthusiastic about his work. He greeted us numerous times and offered assistance. I also encountered Ige, who was very pleasant. The top-notch interactions I had with the staff will definitely warrant a return stay in the future.

Juan is AMAZING, his customer service skills are top tier, I loved how he engages with the guest giving us the best customer service, I had an issue with the patio not being open for use, I was told he was busy at the moment but he showed right up and did not leave until the problem was resolved, I really appreciate his dedication to his guest and his job, because of that even though there was no pool as I saw on the booking site, which was a deal breaker for me,his excellent customer service wowed me,and for that alone I will definitely be returning to this hotel everytime I come to Maryland!! All of the staff members were great and so helpful, I love the southern hospitality, breakfast was excellent especially the grits!!! Juan you definitely exceeded my expectations, thank you Hilton family.

The remodel of this hotel was lovely. We’ve stayed here many times and what an improvement since the last time we were here! The room was quiet and comfortable. Nick at the front desk was super helpful! Everything was clean, the beds were super comfy and even the pillows were great (sometimes hard to find in a hotel!)
