Already second time in 2 years! Best place to stay in Pila for ski and for kids. You reach the slopes directly from the back door of the hotel. Good food and the baby club makes your holiday perfect!

The main attraction is the location, right on the slopes. There’s ski hire and lockers at the hotel and you can ski from and too the hotel. It’s a very busy hotel, very popular with families because of its well priced ski package for children. Meal times May seem chaotic till you get used to it but there’s a very good selection of food.

Camere sporche e piccole bar piccolo e per un bicchiere dacqua ci voleva mezzora e costi esagerati una coca e euro cibo paranzo colazione cena terribile pure la merendascelta zero le camere doveva essere date alle 4 a me l anno data alle 5 in poche parile disgustoso

Struttura piuttosto datata che avrebbe bisogno di qualche miglioramento. Menù variegato anche se non sempre ottimo. Servizio in camera puntuale e preciso. Soggiorno di 4 notti pensione completa. Il cibo superlativo, direi quasi meglio di un 5 stelle. Abbondante sia a colazione che nei pasti principali. Posizione dell'hotel ottima, possibilità di accedere direttamente alle piste dalla porta dell'hotel. Intrattenimento molto positivo, ogni sera uno spettacolo diverso, tutti molto bravi, simpatici e disponibili con il pubblico. Struttura delle camere vetusta, mobilio vecchio e moquette consumata che non da l'idea di pulitissimo, oltre che essere molto piccola. Pulizia giornaliera delle camere molto superficiale. Piscina non è altro che un pozzo alto 3 metri, poco riscaldata (molto poco),e scomodissima. piuttosto inutile Nel complesso soggiorno gradevole, soprattutto se una famiglia soggiorna con figli c'è possibilità di scuola sci e intrattenimento tutto il giorno. Hotel letteralmente SULLA pista, organizzatissimi e super comodo per famiglie. Il TH Land per i bambini da 5 a 10 anni è il massimo della comodità: hanno una ski room interna, gli si lascia tutta l'attrezzatura e li preparano loro per la lezione, i maestri li aspettano sulla pista fuori della porta. Gli spazi comuni sono adeguati e abbastanza confortevoli. La struttura purtroppo è un po' vecchiotta e con soffitti bassi, leggermente claustrofobica. Le stanze molto piccole, nella nostra matrimoniale hanno aggiunto il letto a castello davanti alla finestra ed eravamo davvero pigliati ma in fin dei conti non si viene per stare in camera giusto? La cucina ottima davvero, buffet molto vario da un giorno all'altro e sempre ricco. Il ristorante molto rumoroso, andrebbe fatto qualcosa per insonorizzarlo. Tutto il personale è disponibile, preparato e sorridente, soprattutto i ragazzi dell'animazione, sempre carini e mai stanchi. Nel complesso grande vacanza!

Once you work out the parking situation and navigate check-in, this becomes an amazing location for a family ski trip. Right on the slopes, it truly is ski in/ski out. The rooms had all we needed including incredible views of Mont Blanc. The restaurant does take some getting used to but eventually becomes great fun - you simply have to get up and choose your dish from an amazing array of choices. One rule, keep moving forward, if you try to be polite and stand back to let others through, you'll never get anywhere. With hungry teenagers in tow, the fact that they could keep getting up for more was brilliant. The red wine on tap was welcome too. Yes, it's a bit hectic, but this is an Italian family hotel. I thoroughly recommend the hotel for families and groups who are looking to ski the hidden gem of a resort that is Pila.
