My Husband and I are escort drivers and stopped for the night with our driver, we decided to stay at the Super 8, we are glad we did! We stayed in room 103, it was very clean, and comfortable. The ac was amazing and cold. The room was very clean,, great wifi and channel selections on the tv. The gentleman who checked us in was simply the sweetest man. Very welcoming and friendly. And the Lady who checked us out was just as sweet and friendly. We will definitely stay again. Thank You Super 8 pine bluff.

Nice, clean, and affordable room. Comfortable beds with quiet environment. Many hot breakfast options, and friendly staff. Will definitely stay again the next time I am traveling through Pine Bluff, Ar.

I reserved here to attend UAPB Homcoming. Pictures of this place online is not how they appear in person. There was a bug that looked like a roach in the bathroom. Used containers of soap and lotions left on the sinks . When I moved the soap more bugs came crawling. My husband contacted the front desk to Theresa to report this. She gave another room. That room was dirty as well; we have pics . This place has leaking ceilings with bags taped on the wall to cover the large hole in the wall on the first floor . The pool area has chipped paint . Which I definitely didn’t feel comfortable exposing a child to this. We immediately walked out this hotel ! Overall, this place is very dirty and with the chipped paint and leaking ceiling. It can’t be good to your health at all. Especially those who has respiratory issues. Please avoid!

black mold in bathroom bad smell in room would have asked for a refund and gone on down the road if we hadn't been so tired, We had been traveling all day and at our age {late 70's} we expected a clean room at a Super 8

Very clean and comfortable atmosphere. The breakfast is very nice and the staff friendly and helpful. It was a very relaxing stay with very little to no noise disturbances. The indoor pool areaand pool was nice and clean.

A decent room and bed, BUT: only 3 pillows for a king bed, door sketchy (make sure to see if it is actually locked when you go out), the hook to hang clothes on the bath room is hanging off by its screw, the only breakfast choices are a chocolate muffin or a strange breakfast burrito, There was a bucket for water leaks in the dark hallway, and two panels with exposed insulation where there were apparently water leaks), The pool was not open (we were told they were going to turn it into a conference room, A hole in the Sheetrock by the AC unit, and we had to get a replacement coffee pot ( ours was spurting water out the plastic tube). Also no elevator. DON’T bother to spend your money here

The room was clean & comfortable, the shower had wonderful water pressure, & the bed was just fine. HOWEVER, I booked this place specifically because their online description indicated they have an indoor pool. When I arrived to check in, I was told the pool is "out of order" & would not be available to use anytime soon. I felt cheated. A pool isn't a big deal in the grand scheme of things. I understand that things go wrong. But, providing inaccurate information to potential customers is inexcusable. I specifically booked the product they offered (a room and access to an indoor pool) then after they got my money I was told that wasn't what I was getting. For what it's worth, I did get a good night's sleep & I did feel safe here.
