Very bad service , i really hate i even came to that place they are money hungry and try to beat people out pf their money i really hate those people with that bad service

We were excited to have outdoor pool to swim in on 100 degree August summer day but it has been closed for months with no maintenance as we were told. Also the local area around the hotel had all the restaurants permanently shut down so nowhere to eat without traveling across town

Rude staff, poor service, could get extra towels, poor hot water, holes in sheet, dirty sheets. Dead roaches on the floor. Worst experience. No manager was able to talk or resolve any questions or problems. Was not able to eat breakfast. Asked for clean sheets and was told that they was not supposed to give out clean sheets.

Was with my friends celebrating a birthday, when a cop knocks on the door and tells us “someone called because of fight” No one was ever fighting! And we never left the room. Once they saw we were celebrating they told us to go because it’s “too many people” when it was 4 and 2 double beds!! Only because we were black men. They do not care about black people

I am a travel agent and I book 2 clients to stay at When they arrived their room had to be switched due to it not being clean, so they go out for the evening and when they returned there were roaches in their new room. They then go to the front desk to complain again and they were told that the hotel was booked up for the night, which was forcing theming to stay in a room with roaches. So the front desk guy proceed to go back and forth with my client because she was upset (which she had every right). when I contacted the hotel myself I was told that he could not check the client out or give them their $50 cash deposit with out a manger and, that she will be in 8am the next day. Well to my surprise the next morning I was told now she wouldn't be in until Monday. On Monday the Vendor I booked through reached out to get the problem solved as well and was treated badly. It's Tuesday now and I called and was transferred to the Owner whom was very aggressive, never let me get a word in . He then proceed to tell me to get the F...ing off his phone and don't call his hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

I really loved my stay only had one issue but the owner fixed the issue with no problems. I plan on staying again within a couple days and their pool was open which was a plus for my daughter. They had breakfast but I didn’t go downstairs to eat.

Mold on the ceiling of my room and owner refused to discount the rate. Additionally he tried to come in my room while I and all my belongings were there to fix drywall in the ceiling...seriously unbelievable!!!

The room didn’t have hot water, it had flies in the room, the room had a odor and water leak. I highly would not recommend anyone staying at this hotel. The room service wasn’t good. The tissue has stain marks on it.

Fruit flies in room, light bulb missing in lamp, outlets in bathroom did not work, no facial tissue in room, mattress was Worn Out saggy, and the continental breakfast was not worth bothering with. Do not stay here !
