Golden Taurus Aquapark Resort

The room was very dirty, someone smoked in the room, there was hair on the bed and floor everywhere and the floor was dirty. we moved to another room which was better, the floor was clean and no smoke smell, but still hairs in the bed. They should ask there cleaner to weer haircaps to prevent this.

Visited in May as a single dad with my 10yr old daughter. Stayed in the Golden Avenida in August in Salou, the two hotels are very similar. The kids club is great for kids my daughters age and the staff are really great fun and brilliant at bringing the kids out of their shell without forcing them to do something they don't feel comfortable with. Pools are fantastic and waterpark is the obvious attraction for booking. The staff in the bars were really nice, lovely Polish lady called Kinga who made a nice mocktail for my daughter and friendly Spanish man who was so chatty and lovely English lady on reception who explained everything perfectly and was great at her job and very welcoming. Entertainment was a ok, few decent tribute acts. Pineda de Mar isn't the best in regards for things to do, but good base for getting the Renfe train to Barcelona which we did. Rooms are a good size but loo roll and body wash and coffee didn't get replaced the whole time we were there.

One word for this hotel AMAZING!! We came as a group of 13, 9 adults and 4 children aged from 3 years to 65 years old. From the moment we got there you are made to feel so welcome everyone is so friendly and attentive from the get go. The hotel itself is beautiful the decor is amazing and the hotel is so clean. The staff can’t do enough for you they’re always there to help if needed, entertainment staff I couldn’t praise enough the amount of effort they put in to make the holiday enjoyable is incredible and the way they were with the children was 10/10! My daughter took a liking to them all and as soon as we got home was asking to come back 😂 The facilities and amenities were brilliant, my mom who is disabled and her mobility isn’t great but she used a mobility scooter which the hotel helped us organise it all was able to get around no problem as the hotel was well suited for disabilities. Also a big shout out to Kelli who is the public relations person couldn’t do enough for you, if you need any advice or help or information she is always around and more than happy to help. I honestly can’t fault this hotel, I have been coming here for many years now and have been other places but I always come back here as I haven’t found anywhere else better. The water park is a 10/10 and was enjoyed throughly by both adults and children.

We’ve just returned from a weeks stay at this hotel and I have been coming to this hotel since I was 3 , I actually came here to celebrate my 30th birthday. We brought all my family with 5 children and 6 adults all different ages. Everyone had the most amazing time. This hotel has recently had a new renovation which puts it up to the next level and also allows more of a chilled out evening vibe if you didn’t want to be in the main hall with children entertainment. There are lots of different options of where you can sit to have a drink and enjoy some evening entertainment. Everything was brilliant as usual from start to finish and it’s clear to see this hotel goes above and beyond for everyone who stays with them. In regards to food , I suffer from coeliac disease and the restaurant staff couldn’t be more helpful, I was cooked fresh pizza , pasta, pancakes upon my request and they also made sure there was no cross contamination. They took the time to make me aware of what I can and can’t eat. I have no concerns with allergies and food at this hotel and they made me feel confident in the food and their knowledge, there’s always soo much to choose from. They were even able to get me a gluten free birthday cake which made it even more special as I wasn’t expecting this. We also have a few fussy eaters, which we were able to request chicken nuggets to be cooked freshly, nothing was ever too much for them. I had the best birthday here and the hotel made such a huge effort for me, including cava,balloons & card in the room, aswell as numerous amounts of singing by the entertainment staff. My family organised for some decorations to be set up in the dining room and around our bedroom, the staff were fully supportive in helping with this & sourcing them. It really made my birthday special. The facilities that this hotel have to offer cater for all ages from the childrens club, water park to the all day long entertainment. We had children aged 2,5,6 & 9 and everything single one was able to join in together and have fun. It’s also fantastic fun for the adults with the aqua gym, wine tasting and activities. We particularly loved the evening singers out on the terrace, was a really relaxed vibe. The hotel management, staff and in particular Kelli couldn’t care more about the guests, they want to make sure that all have the best holiday, we had an occasion that our daughter needed a specific soya milk which we couldnt find and Kelli got this for us when we asked for help, we were so grateful for this. Nothing is ever too much for Kelli & the team at Taurus park which makes you feel so valued and comfortable while staying here. If your looking for a fun filled family holiday, this hotel you can’t fault. We are so grateful for all the wonderful holidays and memories we have had at this resort and look forward to sharing more holidays with our own children in the coming years. Been going to this hotel for 20 years, first started going as a little girl now I take my little boy.. Full variety of food and drinks. Plenty to do day to day and the staff are excellent for adults and kids, everything you need in one hotel, I would highly recommend this hotel.
