Rooms very tiny for a family, worse than a Travelodge. Food limited for dinner but a little more at breakfast. Staff not very friendly or interested in helping to provide support on dietary requirements.

The hotel rooms are relatively small, the facilities are relatively simple, there is not even a kettle, and the hygiene is average. The most amazing thing is that the check-out time is 10:00 in the morning!

Awful. Absolutely awful. Horrendous hotel, horrendous conditions. The staff are beyond incompetent. They attempted to scam me out if 150 euros. It was only when I threatened legal action, they processed my refund. The hotel carers to a lot of elderly people and those with additional needs, who are in no position to defend themselves against these scams. Avoid at all costs and stay somewhere else

Super hotel with great staff, all of whom could not have been more helpful. Special thanks to Cyril, Jose, Samba, Olga for looking after us during our stay and Douda for making a beautiful and delicious special order cake, thanks also to all the other staff who looked after us. Hotel was kept clean with rooms being cleaned daily, selection of food in the restaurant was plentiful to suit everyone and the roof top terrace pool area and bar was a great place to while away the days. Young or old, the entertainment team were great fun for all. Beds and pillows really comfy, sheets really clean and crisp. The hotel is conveniently placed for the train to Barcelona and other nearby towns. There are lots of great beach bars all along the ***** from Callela to Santa Susanna. A trip to the marimurtra botanical gardens in Blanes is a must. Would gladly recommend for a great value hotel.
