Front desk was friendly and efficient. Restaurants are close by. Easy to get to Pinehurst Village.

Rooms and bathrooms were outdated and not maintained well. Staff was accommodating but complained about the upgrades being made to each other in front of customers

The hotel seemed a bit run down. When we first arrived for our two day stay, we were given a room that was already occupied. On our 2nd day, we returned to the hotel to find our card keys would not work to let us into the hotel and our room. The desk staff was friendly, but seemed overwhelmed by issues with reservations. The complimentary breakfast was poor.
