Rainbow Village of Largo

Everyone here was so wonderful! Very personable and helpful. Aaron In particular, was extremely nice and helpful. Our air conditioning went out on our RV and He came by our site several times To make sure everything was OK. He even brought our dogs treats On a separate visit! The ladies in the office were extremely nice as well. Thank you to everyone and you will see us again!

Our first time renting in an over 55 community, as well as a MHP. Very nice people. As we were arriving on a Sunday, Paula called to let me know she’d leave an envelope with site map, keys and instructions on the office door. Super sweet. Neighbors are really friendly and people wave when walking their dogs. The unit we rented was modern. Tons of storage and clean. Used W/D several times. A/C super cold. TVs are a good size and we could attach our ROKUs on both of them. Bed and couch were both (thankfully!) very comfortable. Good pressure in shower. Pet-free unit great for hubby’s allergies! We brought our Keurig, but they had very nice appliances, including coffee maker, toaster, microwave, etc, and fully furnished kitchen. Checkout was easy - Jenni and the folks in the office were great! Would stay at this park again!

The service gets a 1 star because while we LOVE the park we lived there and then rented and while we rented we had to leave due to a family emergency (which we understand the policys) and we had no issue with no getting a refund however after we left the park re rented our unit so it was paid for twice which I feel is very unfair that we couldn't get anything back but you charged someone else to pay for a unit that was already paid for??? That is nothing but GREED as far as I am concerned and it was VERY disappointing! We met so many nice people and loved the park however that really changed our mind after that happened, Family emergencys are not planned and to take advantage of someone is wrong on every level!

I have stayed at a Sun Community since i became a full time RVer. We experienced hurricane Ian at a Sun in Manatee County, and when the resort sent out the evacuation order we did not see an employee one until the power was back on over a week later , but RAINBOW VILLAGE has been amazing with hurricane Idalia. The official manager has made rounds the late two days giving out helpful information. The staff and residents helped those show need help with outside furniture and plants. The office manager and staff are amazing. Thank you Rainbow Village RV resorts manager and staff for caring about your full and part time residents.

We really enjoyed our stay at Rainbow Village. The park was very pleasant while taking evening walks through the park. Our accommodations were perfect in every way. The pool area was extremely clean and enjoyable. Easy parking for RV's and staff were always available to help, if needed. The laundry facility was perfect as well. Jenni stopped by to welcome us to the park. She gave us great tips on local restaurants and how get to the beaches. Jenni was so helpful and spot on for restaurant picks! I give Rainbow Village 10/10! We will definitely be back to visit! A big Thank you to Jenni for all of her tips for a great vacation for our family!

We loved this park. Everyone in the office was very accommodating. The staff made sure everything was taken care of. There was so much to do there. We played a lot of pool and the dog park was always neat and clean as was the swimming pool They have many other things going on but we didn’t stay long enough for most of it as we were just passing through. If you choose this park say hello to Jenni for me! She is the sweetest.

Very unfriendly staff in the office, Trailer was not clean i had to clean the trailer myself with dirty dishes in the dishwasher. my bed mattress had stains broken blinds and windows. I would never stay in this park again not to mention the police sirens and the location off a busy street. I was unhappy with my stay and decide to leave the park and turned in my keys the park refuse to give back my $500.00 deposit

JENNI Brown and the entire staff at Rainbow Village. Made my transition easy and carefree. Jenni took care of everything start to finish . What a great community full of friends and no one is a stranger here. I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR SHORT OR LONG TERM STAYS. I am now a permenant l9ng term resident. You wont be disappoint. I promise Jenni and the entire team will work through your entire stay. 5 GOLDEN CIRCKE STARS.....

We stayed at Rainbow Village for the last four years and we love it there. It is a 55+ park. We rent a house at the end of 7th street, it is close to the heated pool. The house itself has everything we need, we do bring extra towels, bedding, kitchen utensils etc. There are so many activities run by the RVAA (Rainbow Village Activities Association) namely pickeball, shuffleboard, petanque, pool, poker, duck races. There is even a library available for residents to borrow books. The new Manager Jenni is awesome, she is making a lot of improvements in the park including renovating the rental houses. They are being painted, updated and there are even chair pads. Our unit did not have the chair pads but hopefully next year they will be added, other than that the house was perfect for us. Sun Communities hosted a Customer Appreciation Day, where they had burgers, hot dogs, snacks, water, soft drinks and even a mixologist to mix cocktails for us. There was a Karaoke/DJ and outside movies were shown under the gazebo. The staff worked so hard that day. We will be returning at the end of December until early April.
