The non smoke hotel has rooms that smell of stale smoke. Carpet, bedding, etc. very thin walls that carry sound. Staff is friendly enough but nowhere to be found. I was eventually moved to a clean smelling room but it had a toilet issue. Overall, beautiful views but nothing else. I will never stay there again

The view at the place was wonderful. the staff was friendly. The walls however were thin. You could hear the people in the room next to you.

View of "Chesapeake 🌊 River" was spectacular ⭐✨! "Island Inn Ascend Hotel" collection has Total expired and is in tremendous need of rehabb & Renovation; 1939 furniture still Exist! the balcony is terribly deteriorated and it's the location
