The room is very big. It is a must-stay hotel when you come to Pinghu. The floor is very high. Breakfast is on the fifth floor. The water from the shower is very comfortable. The mirror light is a little dim. Parking seems to be free.

This time I took my family to Pinghu for fun. After some research, I finally chose the Pullman Excellence Hotel. In the end, I found that it was a very correct choice. The room is warmly decorated, the restaurant dishes are delicious, and the most commendable thing is that the hotel service is very good. From the gate to the front desk to the guest room to the restaurant, every staff member is very enthusiastic. Not only do they greet each other in a friendly way, but they also help and cooperate in time, such as helping to press the elevator, take the luggage, open and close the car door, etc., which is very professional. What touched me most was that when they learned that they were bringing an elderly person to celebrate his birthday, they not only upgraded the room, but also sent a cake. The elderly were very happy and we were very grateful. Pinghu is a very good city and I will come again next time.

Booked a night during the May Day holiday, Pullman is less than 600 with breakfast included, which I think is quite suitable. The hotel is a little worse than I expected. The room is spacious enough. The facilities are unexpectedly low-end. The only disposable items are toothbrushes and toothpaste, which are in bags and are really disposable. There are no combs, shower caps, etc. The hair dryer is surprising. When Orange Crystal is all Lefen, it still needs to press a button to blow air, which is extremely inconvenient. The slippers are not disposable. The service is quite good, the breakfast variety is OK, but the taste is really not good and does not correspond to the Pullman brand. Originally wanted to make a sample for the Spring Festival, but we gave up when we saw such a chaotic breakfast restaurant. Called one day in advance to ask about the needs and asked not to have the first and last rooms on high floors, and arranged the 29th floor. The view is very good.

The hotel service is great. They called us one night in advance and upgraded the executive lake view room, and gave us the executive lounge privileges. The room has a very good view. It is on the 31st floor. Although there is a construction site opposite, it is not noisy at all. There is a music and light show in the East Lake around the hotel at night. It is very pleasant to take a walk after dinner!

The room was spacious and the bathing environment was very comfortable. The shampoo and shower gel were very fragrant. The breakfast was rich in variety and the coffee could be packed. I would stay here again if I had the chance.
