國慶一千多的價格不值！體驗如下：1）衞生差，房頂全是黴點水漬，枕頭下有蟲，房間裏紙也沒有洗漱用品和礦泉水都沒有…2）設施差，無電視電話，廁所簾子壞上廁所直播3）服務差，同樣價格先來客人不能選房衹能住最差景觀，觀景房陰暗無景，經理態度極差，給出理由前後矛盾，帶着長者小孩過來受罪！

酒店是在平利縣城的山上，視野很好，房型也很多，不同的房型之間相隔的有幾百米，晚上可以看到整個縣城的全貌。房間沒有配備礦泉水，洗澡的地方竟然沒有地漏，硬件設施一般吧，整體來説性價比不算很高，有很多地方還可以完善。

酒店在山上，車可以開進景區。山裡的條件有限，從舒適、安全以及設施方面，已經很不錯了。3室1廳的房間，兩個衞生間，大家可以住到一起，還有麻將桌。山上景色非常的漂亮，可以鳥瞰整個縣城。山上有萌寵樂園，有燒烤園，有蒙古包餐飲有篝火晚會。總之短途旅遊非常適合，可以放慢腳步，舒緩心情。

失望透頂，極度差評！差評！#衞生房間裏蟲子很多、衞生間的衞生極差、淋浴間排水直接排到廁所幹區！#床床單、被單偏硬#用電設施燈半夜微微發亮，不能關閉，衹能通過關閉總閘來關閉；空調製熱效果差！熱水器壞不能洗澡#房間設施沒有電視#服務一般

沒想到在這麼偏僻的地方有這樣一家不錯的去處。住宿的環境設施等硬件方面還是不錯的，別墅小錯層設計很好，床品質量、照明供電、平枱佈置等也不錯，但是像衞生間，掛衣架等細節方面，有點農家樂，多少拉低了檔次。
再説説服務，所遇到的服務人員都非常熱情善良，非常有服務意識，看得出很熱愛自己的工作，努力想把工作做好，這就夠了，自身水平會通過學習慢慢提高。
再説一下餐飲，我們在小雨中吃了一頓晚餐，點了些麪條素菜而已，又是中秋節日，廚師服務員都是加班，卻提供了非常細緻周到的服務，並且就餐環境很好，飯菜味道也不錯，是個驚喜。
最後要特別提醒下，酒店範圍很大，幾乎佔了一個山頭，餐廳和各種房屋設施就星羅棋佈在其中，吃飯登記住宿不在一個地方。所以，第一次去的話，一定要給前台打電話，沒有引導確實有點難找，好處是，適合我這樣的中年人到處溜達，山上山下能轉悠一個多小時，欣賞風景，鍛鍊身體。
這個地方，景美人少，太適合我了！
