前台服務效率過低，早餐太差，早餐告知7:00-9:00用餐時間，8:40去用早餐，已經沒什麼菜了，衹剩了炒米飯，問服務員沒人搭理入住需謹慎！服務超級差評！服務水平太差！

紅泉不大創造神話，平涼紅泉大酒店刷新了我的三觀，我不知道他們是怎麼做到沒有優點全是缺點的，邀請新疆和寧夏的老闆們一行十一人過來開會，也怪我自己工作疏忽沒有實地看房，體驗簡直極差，設施破舊（衞生間嚴重反味，房間潮濕，洗漱台淋浴反人類設計），服務態度差，效率低下，我覺得老闆沒把房卡摔我臉上已經是最大的仁慈了，還什麼星級酒店簡直貽笑大方，我真心奉勸各位謹慎選擇，睡大街都比他們強。
