房間乾淨整潔，有專門洗衣晾衣的地方，離海灘近，到店前主動確認到店時間，貼心微信提供路線及遊覽攻略，離幾個評價高的飯店很近，步行15分鐘內，下回來還會選擇這裏

位置特別好，離龍王頭海灘特別近，步行幾分鐘就到了，附近吃的很多、點外賣也很方便，前台小姐姐人很好，給我們免費升級了房間，可以直接看到海邊，環境特別好，在這裏連住了三天，下次來平潭，還住這家！

房間十分簡陋，除了床浴室等基礎設施其他的都沒眼看。（床甚至是鐵架子床，翻身都會響的那種）裏面還有一張小圓桌子高度不超過半米那種。兩張小凳子，衣服換下來甚至沒地方掛。電動馬桶是那種非常劣質的，大夏天加熱馬桶圈關不掉，燒水壺接觸不良沒有使用，自己在那邊跳紅燈幹燒。有個投影儀，沒去使用不做評價。沒有停車場，要停小區外面，和前台理論才能停進小區，答應幫我報銷停車費。進小區別墅位置難找，前台並不出來接，微信發視頻引導你要自己去找。真的覺得很不美麗的一次住宿。
