I stayed at the resort for three days and two nights. I arrived at the resort at 3:15 pm on the first day. After unloading my luggage, I drove to the parking lot. The on-site staff said there was no parking space. I parked in the middle of the basketball court first. It was raining at the time. I immediately realized that there was no parking space. Is it the customer's problem? The manager only said that if there is a parking space, he will be notified immediately. Why should guests check in after 3 o'clock if there is no parking space? When we arrived at the gate, the reception staff did not take the initiative to help push the luggage trolley to help load the luggage. They had to ask the guests to slowly push the luggage trolley out. What is even more exaggerated is that the reception staff only stood aside and watched when the guests were moving their luggage. The game facilities in the resort are all old or damaged. When my children asked, "Dad, why are all the toys here broken, I was really speechless." I wonder if the rooms in this resort are well tidied up? I don’t know what the stains in the photo are. The trash can is severely rusted, and the inside of the quilt will come out after sleeping on it. The resort's breakfast coffee machine failed to come out with milk twice, and the problem was dealt with passively. The temperature was still cold, so I stopped drinking it. This is really a one-time shop, it’s really just a once-in-a-lifetime experience, not worth staying here again.
